      ** ordered a birthday present for my kid and somehow Apple Pay gave them my old address. I double checked my phone and it had my new address in it so I'm not sure how that happened. I immediately contacted then requesting the shipping address be corrected and got nothing but dumb responses that a delivered package couldn't be readdressed. The delivery never happened. It was still in packaging. I requested three times and got nothing. Now the package has shipped. This is a mom and pop cheap product website and the customer service is even cheaper. Pay the few bucks more and buy from a reputable source. I've never experienced service so poor.

      Zero Stars!!!Misleading product descriptions, misleading ***, and zero customer service. I ordered a blender and realized it wasn't the one I thought it was within minutes. The *** states that an order can be canceled if it has the status of "These Items Have Not Been Packaged Yet," but there was never that option, and my items have still not been packaged three days later. Also, I am still waiting for a customer service response. I can only assume that this is the strategy.The 4.53 stars for... ********** looks like Trustpilot, but it is not. That site is full of fake reviews.

      ZERO STARS. I ordered an expensive item that arrived in a damaged box. The item was obviously used, rusted, dented, and disgusting. I contacted Tanga who immediately responded and asked for photos. I obliged. The provided a return label and said I would be refunded within 5 days of vendor receiving item. The item should have been thrown in the trash. I obliged, and never got a refund. The will not answer my emails regarding my refund. They sell trash and are unresponsive. STAY AWAY.

      I had purchased an egift card and received the digital egift card. The digital card was invalid or could be faked numbers/PIN. I had contacted them by couple emails and never received a response. No one answer the phone contact as they listed. Be careful, do not trust Tanga and will never buy anything from them again.

      They ghosted me ever since an agent named ******** helped me with my return and failed to issue me my refund. No matter how many support requests you put in ,they will decided to ignore you. Never buy anything from Tanga, no matter what sale. It is not worth the headache. Have to go through filing a PayPal claim to get my money back.

      Excellent experience. Read the reviews here after ordering and worried I made a big mistake but NO. No problems at all and great customer service. All sites can have issues with an order but my order from Tanga.com had no problem!

      Returned what I suspect to be a used laptop repackaged very poorly. No response from TAnga as yet and very little trust in them.NEVER AGAIN would I use this company for anything beyond toilet paper.

      I placed an order on November 26th. I never received it to date. Attempted several times to contact via email. You can not actually speak to a live person. I am now having to dispute the purchase with my credit card company.

      Very poor customer service. They did not deliver the product purchased and paid for and - and expect me to spend hours dealing with the delivery company. They are certainly not amazon who handles customer service well. Advise avoiding this company and will never do business with them again.
