I purchased a new ****** B3 piano(serial #********** from My first piano which was delivered on 3/4/2023. Three weeks later it began a clicking/crackling noise when I used the pedal. I reported this to the technician who came to my house on 4/42023 for the free tuning. He came twice within the next week but couldn't fix it. He said to give it a few months and it would probably settle in. On May 15 they sent an older technician out. He said that it was normal piano noise. I let it go. On August 28, I got an email from My First Piano requesting a review. I replied that my piano still had a crackling problem. No Response. In October I reported the problem. On Oct 28 they emailed back that there was nothing wrong with my piano. I called another piano dealer and got the name of another technician not associated with My First Piano. He came out at my expense($350) and couldn't fix the noise which he verified as 'not a normal piano sound'. On Dec 6, I emailed *********************** (My first Piano's owner) and told him about the new report. He said he would replace my piano. I tried out another piano. It sounded okay in the store(so did the first piano) but it was rather dirty. He said it had been on the floor a while and he'd have it detailed. The replacement piano(serial #********** was delivered on Dec 28. (It was still dirty) When I played it, the pedal made a clacking noise. I also found out from the serial number that the replacement is 4 years old. During the next week I called(3 times) and emailed(3 times) My First Piano. they have never responded. I even went to the store but the owner wasn't in. I told the sales rep to have **** call me--I needed this piano fixed. He has never responded. I've reported this problem to the ****** company in **********. It has Case #********. I would like My First Piano to contact me and arrange a time to come out and fix this piano or replace it with a new one or give me my money back.Initial Complaint

My husband bought a piano from my first piano. They told him for the first nine months it was on a rental basis. And after the nine months if we wanted to keep it we could make payments and pay it off. We have paid two times the amount that the piano is worth. And now they are saying we are nine months behind payment and still owe them $638. We have paid over $5000 for this piano. And it is only worth $2800. I have tried contacting the company, they said they would have the owner call me. The owner has not reached out to me. But they said our options now are to pay the $638 or they will come repossess the piano and they will not refund us any of our money. My husband was told that in the nine months, the payments would go towards the balance of paying off the piano and then we would just make payments to own it.
