The auction house notified me they will not provide tracking to me, the purchaser. I paid $59.28 in shipping charges. That should include the tracking number that was provided for my convenience. A good policy is to just give people what they pay money to receive.

We are unable to provide tracking to the customer as that would then give the customer the ability to change the shipping address. In this case the item is a firearm and so it MUST be shipped to an FFL dealer where a 4473 form can be completed, and a background check be conducted per Federal law. We have let Mr. ****** know that we will be more than happy to give the tracking information to his FFL dealer, but he is still insisting that we give him the information.Customer response

I buy things regularly online that are shipped through ***** and **** The shipper can control the ability to alter the package. I am not able to change my ******, *******, and ***** Club packages. Just because you do not bother to set up guard rails on your *** account does not make it my problem. Even regular gun stores like *******************, *****************, and **** Outdoors give tracking numbers. Just be honest that you assume every gun buyer is a thief and charlatan so honest folks do not have to waste time with your establishment. I have never been so utterly dissatisfied with an auction company. I will avoid Arizona companies going forward.Business response

Mr. ****** has been emailed the estimated date and time his firearm should arrive to his *** dealer of choice. That is all we can do in this situation.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The date and approximate time of delivery have been provided in lieu of a shipment number.
