            CONTRACTING WITH OUT ROC LICENSE. HE REPRESENTED HIMSELF AS A REGISTERED ROC. THE WORK WAS VERY BAD . WHEN CONFRONTED ABOUT THE **** HE WAS ARGUMENTIVE FILED CHARGES WITH THE ********* AND IT WENT TO COUNTY ATTORNEYS OFFICE. HE IS CHARGED WITH WORKING WITHOUT A LICENCE AND HAS TO PAY RESTITUTION. NOW I AM CONFRONTED WITH HAVING TO REPAIR WHAT I WAS LEFT WITH.

            This is a Bold face lie. We have never claimed to be an *** contractor. She hired ** because she didnt want to pay a contractor price to bring her porch to code. and ask ** to do 3 different jobs. 1st job finish cleaning up from a demolition she had done. 2nd job resheet floor of porch. 3rd job replace 1 support 4x4 post. which all was done according to agreement. because she seem very sweet and nice. We put all 3 jobs on 1 invoice receipt which total over $1,000 Bad idea on my part. long story short she lied to the *** and the county attorney with this false accusation. I took plea hoping to get my license sooner but I have to wait 12 months from conviction before a license will be issued. I have passed both required test and We are waiting till Dec. reapply for state license.. until then we are doing as we always have small jobs and yard services. Thank you to our loyal and repeat customers.
