Bunch of scam artists who say they own the install company when it comes to solar but they actually don't. After talking to many people in the industry Mr. **** is known to be a con artist. Extreamly inflated prices to pay the middle man. Sadly many have fallen for his schemes.

We are writing to dispute a review that was posted on your website regarding our company. At Luminous Energy, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products and services they receive. The review left by ****************** via BBB, is far from an honest and true testimonial about a valid experience with our company. We have reason to believe that this review was written by a competitor in an attempt to sabotage our companys image. The review we see today on Luminous Energys page on BBB was originally left by a *****************************, however, it was quickly modified to display the name ******************, after only 1 day of being published.After extensive research on who ***************************** was, we soon found that ************************ is by no means a client of Luminous, but rather a competitor. ***************************** is Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer for ****** Energy, a solar company out of **** **, and in no way affiliated to Luminous Energy and certainly not a customer. These acts are committed by organizations that have to employ and rely on malicious acts to attempt to obtain a competitive advantage against Luminous. These actions taken against Luminous go completely against the community guidelines that BBB holds. We would greatly appreciate it if you took the necessary steps to remove this review from your website. We understand the importance of giving customers honest feedback, and we want to ensure that only valid reviews are available on your website.
