              I was billed for service after the insurance paid their part with $139.00 remaining. On 4/1/2024 the $139.00 was paid via phone with a confirmation number. As of 5/19/2024 I have been receiving texts and emails that is amount is due. After looking on my portal it shows no past payments. This is the second time this has happened with billing for this visit.

              I went in for a pain in my side and now they want me to pay $750. They charged my insurance $4.324. and still want more money. My complaint is they are inventing the rates and they are part of an equity firm.
