      On Nov 28,2021, I ordered a ************************* Men's Football jersey from eCRATER online for $64.97 using my **** credit card. I received an email from eCRATER on Dec 1, 2021 stating that my order had been shipped (order #******* Carrier EMS tracking #LY94504501CN) It has now been 2 and a half weeks and I still have not received my order. After numerous attempts to track the order or contact EMS and eCRATER, I keep running into obstacles; ie, there is no record of that tracking number on file. Can you please investigate this matter or give me instructions on how I should proceed. Thank you.

      BBB,

      Please be advised that I also filed a complaint with PayPal regarding this matter. The PayPal people were able to get a refund. The total amount was put back on my card. The eCRATER company are scam artists. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

      There is nothing further to add. The tracking number submitted in our first response indicates that the order is in transit. There order is shipping from oversees and it takes more time to be delivered than domestic packages.

      I went online to eCRATER.com to order a Braves jersey on 10/29/21 and as of today 11/23/21, I still have not received the product or my money back after I requested a refund. This site is a fraud and scam acct out stealing consumer money.

      I ordered 3 BinaxNow covid home tests on October 22, 2021. I paid for the tests, sales tax and shipping. I got an email stating that the tests were shipped. When I went to the **** website, I learned that the shipping label was created but never used. I have tried to contact the buyer several times.
