    07/23/24 After talking with **** ******(owner), we agreed on a paver job which totaled $3850. I paid a down payment of $1925 on 07/23. Scheduled to start the work on 08/02. 08/01-- Texted **** to confirm 8/2 start date. I received a text back confirming his team was going to start the project the next day. 8/2-- Nobody showed up or contacted me. Left **** a voice mail that night and requested an update. No response. 8/5-- Left **** another voice mail requesting an update to my project. Receive a text back from **** that the project manager was sick on 8/2 but I did not receive an update to new start date. **** said the project manager was dropping off supplies that day and would talk to me about my questions. This is the last communication I received from ****. They did drop off a pile of dirt in front of my house on the street. Texted **** again later that day requesting an update and requested that we talk since the project manager that dropped the dirt off never came to the door to talk to me like **** said he would. I did not get a reply. 8/7-- Texted **** requesting an update on the project. I did not get a reply. 8/9-- Left a voice mail with **** requesting an update and asked if they plan on starting this project. I did not get a reply. 8/13-- Texted **** again requesting a refund since he will not communicate. I did not get a reply. 8/18-- Texted **** about removing the pile of dirt they left in the street. The dirt was blocking the rainwater causing water pooling in front of my house. I did not receive a reply. I have given **** plenty of opportunity to give me an update to when or if they plan on starting my project. I have given **** plenty of opportunity to refund my money if he does not want to take on this project. He will not update me or refund my money. I have started a dispute for the payment with my credit card company. I am requesting a refund and that the dirt be removed from the front of my house.

    Premier Landscape Developments took my down payment for the fence installment in my rental property located at ******************************* on 03/28/24. I was promised the fence installation would start in two weeks from the down payment. When I requested information about the work and why it hasn't started, I was promised they would start on 04/25/24. I went to the rental to check on the work progress, and there was no any work done. When I call to see what was the status, I was told they started the work. As of today, 04/30/24 there was any work done on the fence installation and I am not getting reply to my messages. I am loosing tenants due to not having the fence installed.

    We entered into an agreement landscaping services on May 12 with Premier Landscape Development for our backyard. This was to be a second phase to our project.The total cost services was for $11K with $5000 down (which was paid).Services began at the end of May/beginning of June (installed pavers for a walkway from a gate and pavers in the front of the barn.On 6/2 **** requested an additional $2,000 and indicated cost of materials had gone up. Via the phone conversation when he collected the additional funds **** informed me delivery of materials was due on 6/14. 6/14 No Delivery. Followed up- **** thought this was odd would get back to me 6/16 Requested update, dump truck in shop delivery will occur following week w/his team working the wknd.6/20 - delivery made but materials dumped in street. Unable to reach **** 6/21 - **** responds will get his team out to move materials the following day. Never showed. No communication 6/22 - accident occurred with a vehicle that ran into the piles 6/23 - **** machines leaving shop and will be here to move materials. Then told machine still in shop.6/24 - One man arrived to move materials into backyard.6/26 - Text looking for update on remaining materials to be delivered. **** requested a picture of the driveway to be done because he does not have sufficient materials. Sent video on 6/28, **** indicated another load or two was needed. I advised I cannot accept any additional cost.7/5 - Text looking for update 7/6 - **** responses he will order another load to finish driveway. Thanks me for patience Receive no updates, text 7/10, 7/11, 7/14 7/17 - **** responds material were unavailable and he ***** schedule.7/21 - Text for update, **** indicates he will forward delivery date when he gets home 7/24 - No update received. Left message for **** it is obvious he does not want to complete the job. $7,000 provided $600 dollars worth work completed, some cost for materials. Work is incomplete. Refund required.
