Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly sorry that we didn't meet your expectations, especially during a time when you were dealing with serious water damage. We clearly fell short in providing the level of communication and follow-up you needed, and I apologize for the delays and lack of responsiveness, particularly regarding the quote and financing options.
The comment you received when you decided to cancel was not intended to be dismissive, and we regret that it came across that way. You deserved to be treated with respect, and we didn't deliver on that. I've discussed your feedback with our team, and we're committed to improving our service moving forward.
