      I have been using the help of Data Doctors for the last 5 years when needed. They NEVER disappoint! They are helpful, great listeners, friendly and get the job done. I highly recommend them. ****** helped me recetnly with the consistent quality service I have been getting for years.

      Technical issue solved within 30 seconds by **** (caused by me, not computer!). Reassured by *** that regular"check-up" on computer showed no viruses, malware, etc. I have taken my laptops to Data Doctors for decades and their superior assistance and knowledge is greatly appreciated.

      The woman working the counter at 9am on Monday, January 23, 2023 at the North Mesa store on East ********* has all the personality of a dented garbage can. She should not be talking to customers.

      Staff at this Data Doctors location are friendly, competent, and go "the extra mile" with customer service. I've interacted with them 3 or 4 times over the past year and they have always satisfied my laptop concerns. My computer was always ready when promised or before. No hidden fees.***** is amazing. She really listened and understood the importance of me having my laptop for work. (I'm self-employed). She also up-sold me on purchasing annual protection service plan, which has increased my comfort level about having access to help when I need it.

      Needed a new computer to replace my old one. Data Doctors cloned all the data from the old PC to the new notebook and finished this ahead of schedule, and within the stated cost. To my amazement, every thing worked perfectly. Data Doctors have EARNED my respect and future business.

      I lost 12 GB of data, paid a couple hundred dollars for recovery and only 8 GB were recovered. I'm not impressed and won't use Data Doctors again for recovery if I unfortunately ever have the need for the service.
