    Submitted everything to get an *** letter from them at 11pm and became more doubtful so i decided i was going to go with a different company that same night; canceled within a few minutes of submitting everything. Got a confusing email thanking me for making my appointment but at the bottom it said my appointment was canceled so i contacted them through the chat to clarify if I was getting a refund. The agent told me i would be getting my refund but then when I repeated the information back to them they informed me theyd be charging me a 30$ doctors fee to which i asked for an escalation and asked to be called TWICE but have not been contacted. I dont understand why theyd charge a doctors fee when i canceled within minutes and there was more than 2 days before the appointment i scheduled. I can almost guarantee I did not inconvenience any Doctor nor did they look over my information if i withdrew it within minutes! There are more reputable companies to get your letters, stay away from these people.

    My letter was signed by a "LMHC" whose license number turned up nothing in the state database (of the state he is supposedly practicing in). When I did a search on the name, all that turned up was his wedding website. The address, which had conveniently left off the city (but did include the zipcode) when searched on a map, was an open field. The people who are giving 4 and 5 stars must be doing it because they got what they wanted. They should probably check to see whether or not the letter would hold ** in court. I am seeking to dispute this transaction in paypal. Businesses like this de-legitimize people who truly need emotional support animals. No wonder states are finally getting wise to this deception and starting to enact laws to stop it.

It could be a typing issue that you might have encountered while searching for the license.Also, in regards to the application, we tried reaching you multiple time. However, we got no response.     The website was nice and easy to use. Navigation was easy throughout the website as well as answering the questions at a very formidable to my mental conditions. It was very it was a very comfortable experience even though it was kind of high and price that got everything done efficiently and in a timely manner.
