I know most of the reviews here are negative. In part this may be selection bias (people with complaints tend to leave reviews on BBB website). The owner acknowledged that they did have some problems when the company grew too fast in term of quality control. So he decreased the size in order to insure better quality. This company was recommended to me by a general contractor. I decided to roll the dice and hire despite of the negative reviews. I had them paint two houses. They did a great job in the prep work. That is a place where companies tend to cut corners, but if the prep work is poor this will be reflected in the end product. The owner **** was pleasant and professional. His prices were reasonablenot the lowest bidbut not near the highest either. The quality of the work was so good on the first house, I had them do a second house. ***** who did much of the work is a conscientious pleasant and terrific worker. The work was high quality and done on schedule. The worksite was left clean. I do not think anyone who hires this company will be disappointed.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY I hired for exterior painting and started off with great communication. Through ******** messenger. Once hired i was told would be three day First they started a day late, was supposed to start on ************** showed up late Wednesday no big deal but still, was told a certain amount and was told you pay at end of job and walkthrough. On Thursday job still not fully completed but i got home from work Thursday with ***** ( was told he was the owner but no idea if true) was waiting for me and was tole to zelle or venmo his wife ******* i sent full payment even though job was not fully completed, was told everything would be completed friday I get home excited to see house 1. Painters broke my brand ne garage door window 2. Got my white paint on the neighbors dark ***** wall 3. Messy sloppy paint job of the black accent paint 4. Nothing was put back that was removed or moved from for painting 5. Painters got black paint on travertine floors in guest house 6. Yard full of paint chips and debri from scrapping ect Just to name a few things I was told by ***** that his handyman will be over that weekend to take care of everything No one ever came back Been messaging for a few weeks To at least get the window replaced for the garage door Finally get response from ***** saying by 1pm today would be done I get home and of course NOTHING So i call *****, I get hung up on Then sent messages saying to lay off the alcohol lady, drink more water leas booze Ect ect And that i never fully paid ( a HUGE lie)) and it only went downhill from there.To say that this company is unprofessional is a big understatement i wish i had seen these reviews..

I'll start by saying they did a decent job on most of the outside painting. That was it. They started a day late, said his wife had emailed me. She did not. Did not honor ******** posted special which was assured. Again said his wife had emailed me again she did not. Don't have any idea who she is never spoke to her. Took longer than promised. Miscommunication and lack of response at every turn. Job not completed. Damaged items not replaced or repaired. Outside lighting had been broken casually thrown in the yard rocks and doggie door was ruined. The job they did on the front door was horrific. Still paint all over the floor. Never finished portions of inside job or fixed anything promised. Overall never again. I should have looked closer at some of these reviews. Seems they have the same problems over and over.

Seems to be a pattern of bad communication based on previous reviews. I had my kitchen cabinets painted by them, and "yes" although their painter asked me to look around and see if anything didn't look ok, it is hard to catch everything right then and there. After they left, I noticed damage to my wood floors where they moved my fridge, also bumpers missing on doors, areas missed under mounted cabinets and areas inside of ridge opening not painted. You can obviously tell they rushed through the job. I messaged them immediately and they responded right away saying they would send someone out. ***** came and looked at floors and told us he would send his mom's boyfriend to look at it as he does work like that otherwise he would file a claim through their insurance to get it fixed. He also mentioned he would send his crew back out to do other fixes. After I reached out later that evening to see when they would be coming, I was told it wouldn't be until the following week as they were busy. When I reached out the following week I noticed they had blocked me on messenger. I tried calling them and texting them and never got a response from them. Very dishonest individuals ***** and ****** are. I had already read reviews on them, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Shame on me for believing in them.
