Recently my company had started redirecting a whole host of calls. I had received over 30 calls in less than 4 hours. So I played out the call to see who the final contact was. Its vantage home. Its ridiculous Your lead generation called my business that many times. Its ridiculous they never took me off the list. Your company committed a crime when they contacted us as we are in the federal do not call listBusiness response

On 1/30/24 entered into an agreement with Vantage Home aka Vantage Solar LLC and Solar Mosaic LLC to install and provide solar energy to my residence. The system was installed and I was told that the final inspection would be needed to complete the work in the middle of March. So far all attempts to make contact with Vantage Solar have gone unanswered. System not completed and not functional as of this date.Business response

We have been in communication with this customer with all details of the timelines for project completion.
One of the last pending items we have been waiting on the jurisdiction for is a final inspection.
We have previously relayed to ****** that his final inspection for his solar project is this week after which we will have a representative stop by and assist with his system activation.Initial Complaint

I hired this company to install solar panels on my house. After they were done. I paid them I thought I was up and running. However I had to do a lot of leg work to get everything working including contacting both the city and the power company to get clearance that they should have done. They also sent people back a few times to get serial numbers and do something on the system. They also put the wrong meter on the house and it cost me $168.00 to get corrected. They offered to pay my first months bill as compensation for these errors. it. As of Feb 29th, 2024 they have failed to keep their word. The solar is working now and the bills are very pleasing but when a company does not do what they promise I say something.Business response

I looked into this further and found that this was deal sold through a sales partner of ours and they are working with the customer directly to respond to his dispute.
