Thanks, Genesis, for the pleasant experience. I think total time from presentation to full installation was only about 45 days or so. I was informed of every appointment and kept apprised of all required steps from beginning to end. Any and all questions were answered well, and if necessary, forwarded quickly to the appropriate person. I recommend Genesis Power Solutions if you are even considering solar. The knowledge they have of the product, follow up and soft skills of their professionals is a welcomed trait in today's society and worthy of any due praise.Genesis Power Solutions

My solar installation with Genesis went very well. The whole process was explained before we started. They answered all my questions. I was kept informed at every step. This has been great experience working with Genesis Power Solution throughout the cycle starting from initial demo until installation and post installation review . In every step both *******/******* from Genesis Power Solution guided with all required information and helped with all coordination with all stakeholders involved in Solar installation in our house . Anytime if you feel you are lack of some information or clarification ******* was always available to provide answer during normal hours even off hours sometime during evening . Their guidance has helped me to take optimized system and until now Solar power getting generated more than expectation and energy bills/dollars are getting saved . After a few initial glitches, Genesis Power Solutions and Briak ****** really came through. The installation was smooth, the trees have been cut back, and the electrical panels are upgradedbeautifully. And everything has been explained to me extremely clearly. I had solar installed on my home in mid 2021 through Genesis Power Solutions. The entire process from initial setup until the system was turned on took about 45 days. The crew that came out to the house for the initial installation and the follow-up work were professional and friendly. For the last year the system has worked great (hasn't gone down once) and my power **** has been $10/month just for the connection fee. I can track the usage on the app which is helpful.Genesis Power Solutions

*************************** did an outstanding presentation. There was no pressure. He explained the benefits of the hybrid system solar/traditional power system. He took the time to go over our current usage and was able to give us very specific outcome expectations. The follow up from ********************* was equally as impressive.
