            One week ago, I took my Honda accord in to get the air conditioner recharged with Freon. When I picked it up later, they let me know that they had also given it a free car wash. After driving away and getting on the highway, I for the first time noticed my passenger side mirror was pointing straight down, further than I thought it could go. The control button inside would not move it either. I brought it back in the next day and a young man tried to fix it manually himself. He was unsuccessful. He said that he would relay the info to my original technician whose name is *****. He said ***** would be reaching back out to me. I never heard from ***** so the next Thursday I called back and set an appointment to bring the car in on Friday (one week after the ac got fixed). When I got there, ***** denied that they broke anything. I asked for his manager and three guys all come out together (seemed like a bullying move to me). They also denied that they were responsible even after I repeatedly described the situation. I lost my cool and cussed at them then drove away. I spent around $400 to get the ac fixed and thats all fine. But now I have a broken mirror and the people that broke it wont admit their wrongdoing or fix it.

            Sales guy was nice, named *****. But I told him I didnt like the 17% interest (they never told me the interest until they handed the contract) and he said no problem come back tomorrow and well give you a better deal. I took time off work to go in & they present me a 23% interest. Why on earth would you tell me you have a better deal and make me go in and offer me a worse deal?! The finance guy was so rude and dismissive, it felt like discriminationmore like racism. He didnt even bother looking at our bank statements to see the cash deposits as proof of income he completely dismissed it meanwhile that is exactly how we bought 2 new vehicles a couple years prior so we know its possible. He never offered to make a better offer or anything, once we said that was too high of an interest he said okay and folded up the contract and threw it away. *** never felt so looked down on. I will never come back, and I will Ill warn people about the customer service provided here.
