    XP Lite 2.0 is light at 48 lbs which is a positive. It has a single gear which causes to much ghost pedaling but one can adapt to this. It is a decent riding bike. However, it is absolutely mis advertisment by Lectric to say this bike with their long range battery can go 70 miles or greater. Their technitian will say miles depends on riding conditions, speed, weight, terrain (hill) etc. Of course common sense people know this but their is a lie beyond this comment that they are less than truthful about. When riding in assist 2 on a level or lightly down hill road or with wind behind you this 375 watt motor will pull 180 ***** approx which is what my prior Rad mini pulled in assist 2 also. With any wind or very slight up-hill condition this little motor becomes ravenous for more wattage of ******* ***** which is 2 to 3 times more than my Rad mini with 4 inch tires and 75 lb weight. The best mileage I could get was 43 miles never going over assist 2 and only using throttle twice on ***** percent level roads. You do not have to be high tech or an engineer to know that pulling twice the ***** over other ebikes will get you half the the mileage of other ebikes everyting else being the same. I got 55 miles consistently with my Rad mini and the only reason I got 43 and not 30 miles with Lectrics xp light was its narrower tires and lighter weight. Again, they use terrain as a cover up of a much more misfunctional problem this bike has. You could only achieve 70 or more miles on this bike if you road completely down hill your entire trip pedaling but not needing to. Or you rode from ********* to ******************* which is all down hill. This is mis- advertisment and you should not fall for this if you are shopping for a ebike and the mileage is important for you.

    I bought two of these bikes. One for me and one for my wife. Mine worked for about a mile and quit. They had to send me a new control module. My wife's bike the rear brake lost it's pressure and I was told to take it to a bike shop and they would cover the repair up to $60.00 which is reasonable. But this weekend we took them around the camp ground and both of them the motors kept cutting out and would not re-engage. I spent around $1400.00 each for these. Pretty disappointed in these and I would not recommend buying them. These are the XPeak step through Bikes. I would even consider them. At this point I feel stuck because I can't even sell them.

    This company has failed to ship my parts for a new bike blaming on unanticipated internal issues they have 3 months after taking my full payment. Now they want me to pay for high shipping costs to return the unused bike with zero miles back to them for refund. They made me to submit a photo of panel to prove mileage at zero! So far, they missed their promised delivery dates FOUR times in a row and still no firm delivery date on parts so I can put it together. Shamelessly, they are offering me a free water bottle!! ****** management with terrible customer service! I'm extremely dissatisfied.

    I too have a Lectric ebike ,three of them as a matter of fact. Love the first two ,have had them for a year. As I read the reviews on the BBB web site so many remind me of the nightmare that this "good company" caused me after I bought my third ebike with an extra battery. First the bike had a flat tire, the new tire tube was spit on the ram side. I did not say anything . I just replaced it no big deal. But my extra battery was not in the order. I called the company and was greeted by a person who acted as if she had been raised on green Persimmons and had a Lemon as a pacifier. She was rude and talked down it me. She advised me that my battery might arrive in two months, maybe or might be shipped the 1st week in June. I was not told of this problem before or during the ordering of item(s). You know the part where they take your money and hide the rest of the story, it is called telling a lie on purpose by omitting the truth. Well, this was not the last of many communications I had with Lectric ebikes . 1st week in June no battery. Was then told it might just be a little bit longer . Now the target date was August, just jump pass July. Then later it was going to be the last week in August. Did not happen. BUT wait it arrived later in September. I am so so happy, not! It took too long and too many falsehoods in this company. You sold things you knew you could not deliver . Oh, you talk the talk on how sorry you are. And now Sorry is becoming your reputation .

    ****************. Had the xp trike for 3 months. Off the bat, so many things were wrong. The fender came messed up. Took over a month from purchase date to get the cargo pack. I called them multiple times about the missing cargo pack when everything else came at the same time. Everytime they pushed back the delivery date. It finally took my husband calling to get them to ship it. After 200 miles the brakes started to go out. Then at 250 the motor and *** system started to kick out. Then at 275 miles the throttle started to stick. By 300 miles there was no brake pressure, the screen went out, the battery was constantly Overheating, the motor was almost gone, and the *** system was gone. I called Lectric about all of it and I was thrown around from department to department. I finally asked for a refund since it was exactly 4 months since I purchased the trike, and I was unable to. The person that I spoke to said I couldn't return it nor get a refund due to it being used.

    Ordered two of these bikes and some additional accessories, about a $3,800 order. All of the items showed that they were in stock. They only followed up on half of the order as being shipped. They never let me know when the rest of the order was going to ship. Finally emailed them to check on the status and they told me that the rest of the order should have already shipped, and that they would need to research the status of the rest of my order and get back to me. I Still have not heard back. It is infuriating that there is no customer service number to call, I can only email them and wait for them to decide when to respond. It appears that their customer service and shipping departments both need a major overhaul. Hopefully I receive the rest of my order.

    This Company is a ripoff. They try to present as a company who cares about customer but they do not. I purchased a bike and the battery only lasted 576 miles. When contacted their response was it was no longer under warranty and to buy another battery. Why would a customer buy another battery when IT WAS OBVIOUS THE FIRST ONE WAS DEFECTIVE. Nobody would pay that kind of money purchase one of their bikes if they knew they would have to replace the battery after 576 miles. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Our records indicate that your bike is a couple years old and although the mileage may be low the actual battery life depends on many factors.     Dont be fooled by the rave reviews. This company is junk. They do not stock up in the ******* the bike with carbon drive belt and it only lasted 2 weeks or ******************************************************************* replacement part and tracking show part hasnt even been ship yet.Wish I can send this piece of junk back without packaging.

    Waste of money!!! Got this ebike for fathers day and within a month (maybe 30 miles on it) it stops working. I get error code E 007, after callin customer service they tell me I have to replqce the back wheel/motor, which took 6 weeks to arrive, that of course doesnt fix it, same error code, I call again and they say now I have to replace the control panel. Wait for that to arrive and I replace it and still the same error code. They will have me do everything except replace this piece of junk bike. They also never respond to emails, I have sent a half dozen *** not one has been responded to. It is so hard to get a hold of them. My entire summer is gone and I had the ebike for a few weeks. Please help!

    My bike arrived damaged and dysfunctional. A large visible gauge, plus other damage in the battery pack in the center, and the bike will not latch. There was even an inspection sticker where the damage is.They offered a replacement but after some back and forth I asked for a full refund. Now I have to pack the thing and all the accessories to their specifications and get it all to **** This is taking my time and energy. Its too late in the season anyway so by the time a replacement bike arrived Id only be able to ride it for a few short weeks before I had to store it for winter. Im deeply disappointed with both the bike and their solutions. I cannot recommend this company or its products. People should know! My only fault was not reading reviews. It seems my experience is not isolated.
