      Called customer service because my handlebars were loose. They gave me instructions on how I could physically repair it myself. When that failed, I called back and spoke to somebody that would send me out a replacement part that week. A week later. and no part had been sent until 2 weeks later. The part hadn't been sent. I've now talked to three customer service representatives and a supervisor that bulldozed over me, din't have my accurate information eventhough I gave it to each person that I spoke to multiple times and then when they finally do ship it they say oh it was shipped when promised when obviously it was not or I would not be taking my time to file a complaint! I would spend my money locally next time. I'm so over getting lied to. So now my warranty is going to expire while I'm waiting for this part to ship to me and I asked the guy if they would extend my warranty since they were supposed to send this part out to me weeks ago and they didn't. The guy just ignored me and bulldozed over me and treated me like a stupid gullible woman. and I'm sick of it! I spoke to three customer service representatives and a supervisor just to get my part sent to me. That's under warranty and now my bike is going to run out of warranty while waiting for this part. How dare you!!! I don't have a vehicle. This is my vehicle and not only have you robbed me the opportunity of using my bike but you have also prevented me from continually experiencing it in a safe manner. You are very well aware that your handlebars become loose and yet you continue to sell the bike as it is. Why does **** lie to me and why did he call my dad at my dad's phone number when everything is under my information and I'm the one that called and gave my information three different times. I don't know how to advocate for myself anymore with this company. Don't buy Lectric.

      Horrible service, sent me a bike that doesn't even charge. Received the bike sometime in July and now their stating that the battery is the problem and it won't even be ready to get shipped out from their facility until September 9th. DO NOT PURCHASE from the letric company. They won't even let me return the faulty bike because of the four miles accumulated from using the bike on the half battery it was sent on.TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM LETRIC YOU WILL REGRET.

      Once they take your 1000 dollars plus for an electric bike (and I bought 2! ) they could give 2 cents about your almost new bike breaking down. They send pictures and videos unrelated to your bike model and problem. Warranty stinks as they dont even reference it. and dont waste your money.

      I purchaed 2 XP 3.0's. The customer service was really good. The bikes came fast and in good condition. Best ebike I have bought so far. Love them. Keep up the good work Lectric. In 3 mths I now have 750 miles on both with zero issues. We love them.

      Placed an order for the electric bike and paid them for the bike. They stated it would arrive on 7-8-2024. Tracking number shows it had arrived.However it was a box with a seat in it, no bike.Called customer service and spoke the this rude person, that stated it would ship in ***** MORE days.Person was just as unconcerned about my worries as he could be.I canceled the order, now I must wait ***** days for my refund to come through. Who does business like this? Tie up others time and money and could care less.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, you have been warned.

      Tried to call multiple times simply to ask if the frames are aluminum and are the rims double walled.Each time I called I would wait 25 minutes then hang up and call again. Never did get an answer and their promotion ended so I didn't buy.If this company is this hard to reach for a simple question I wouldn't want to have any serious issues. Bottom line...I won't buy from them and recommend you don't either.

      First let me say, that I love the Electric Bike. I now have 4 of them, from the first Generation to the Gen 2, 3, and the long range 3 I just purchased in May. The service after the sale is nothing short of Horrible. They advertise the bikes to have these great savings. The savings are in the FREE ACCESSORIES that are supposed to come with the bike. Trust me, I am talking from experience. It is a nightmare, as the extras don't come. When you call, you are either promised them next week, or are given a date off in the future by some rude **************** person. The owners of this company built a great brand, but obviously don't care about the service after the sale. They blame the manufacturer for all their inability to keep the accessories flowing. It is nothing short of false advertising, and should be investigated. Sadly, I am left with only this platform to let people know about these issues. I am always asked when I ride about the bike. It saddens me to tell them the bike is great, but the company and its customer service is nothing short of a disaster. I don't recommend them anymore, and will continue to tell everyone how awful their **************** people are. I still haven't received my FREE Long Range Battery, and my FREE 3 Piece Carrier Racks. The last promise today, was sometime in AUGUST. I guess, if you only want a bike with no upgrades, take off the extra FREE ACCESSORIES offered from the advertised price, and see if that makes sense to pay that amount.

      I emailed Lectric Bikes at contact @ lectricebikes.com on May 23, 2024 and it is June 25, 2024 and I have not received a response from them. Furthermore, a third party placed an order for me and the third party has stated that the bike has not been delivered. The order was placed on May 22, 2024. The third party also stated that the free items that the bike came with would not be delivered until after a customer has received the bike in person at the third party's store. Additionally, the third party stated that Lectric Bikes does not confirm if the free items will be sent to the store owner or to the customer's address. For these reasons, I'm highly disappointed in the company and third parties affiliated with the company.

      I do NOT recommend Lectric bikes. ******** care alone is what ruined it for me. I ordered a bike and a bunch of accessories that was to arrive in two packages. Instead they sent me two bikes. My husband didnt know what I ordered and opened it thinking I got two more bikes. I made the choice to call and let them know of the error and explained everything that happened. They basically tried to threaten me into buying the bike they sent me in error OR told me to sell it myself! This wasnt even a mistake I made!This was Lectrics mistake! So I refused to do either. After being treated awful, they finally offered to let me send the bike that THEY SENT ME IN ERROR!That should have been the initial response from them but it sadly wasnt. Now I am having to do more work for them to fix THEIR MISTAKE. Oh and the bike we did order (Xpeak) has issues with the throttle. I sent an email regarding the issue but Im sure this will be nothing but a fight too!& my other bike (** 3.0) I used to love and recommended to so many people is also now having issues with an error code. Its an overheating error code that apparently seems to be a VERY common issue with this model! The one star I even decided to give is ONLY for when I used to like the ** 3.0.

      I ordered the ** 3.0 with extra battery and comfort seat package in April 2024 during a promotion. However I was told after I made my order and paid in full after my bike was shipped that my additional battery ?? would not be shipped with the original order but it would be shipped separately in June! WTF! No delivery in full! My bike was delivered late and also damaged by ****** The Letric bike CEO made some compensation adjustments this helped a situation that should not have happened in the first place and I still have no clue when my battery will actually arrive only June which has 30 possibilities.
