    On Wednesday morning I purchase a bus ticket for a trip I was planning on taking Thursday morning. I was offered for an extra fee the option to change my trip or name of the person traveling so I paid the extra fee. Later that evening I found out my father was involved in a terrible accident where he unfortunately passed. I immediately knew I had to cancel my trip. I attempted to call the company many times I was placed on hold during this difficult time and did not get an answer. I attempted their website and it did not allow me to make the changes. Of course after those initial trys I didnt have the mind or time to reach out to the company as that was the least of my worries. Today Sunday I reached out once again to the company aside from not being compassionate they refuse to refund my money and were very unprofessional they disconnected the call stating do whatever youd like. I am beyond disbelief I asked to speak with a manager and they did not allow me to do so.

    08/08/2024 contacted this business to inquire on trip hrs, the Agent allegedly stated that tickets were selling fast that I should purchase a ticket, so I did, immediately right after I purchased the ticket I found a ride and called immediately afterwards, however I was advised that I no cancelations or refunds, however from the website I read that you can use that ticket for the next six months, so I advised this business that I needed to cancel however I was advised that I needed to call back before the 30th or I would loose the ticket and maybe I could extend until NOV but I needed to make sure I call ahead, and just to many hooops and people just arent helpful,

    I have bought a ticket from *********** to san ysidro ** waiting for bus that was picking me up at 2:15am it arvied at 2:30 am when bus got there i was waiting for custumer to get out of bus as soon as ********* got out driver closed door and left me there stranded. I yeld to stop he keot driving until he left

    Today on April 9th 2022 my husband and I purchased two tickets to travel with Tufasa buses from ********* to *********. We are not locals, we come from ********. This stop was only a layover but our flight got cancelled last minute so we booked the next bus available for 10pm with Tufasa. An Uber took us to the address that the tickets clearly stated: Tufesa Station ********. ********************************************************************************. There was no sign of activity there, I called three times to the number shown in the ticket, no one answered. Not knowing what to do, the Uber dropped us off at a gas station. With 10% battery (remember Ive been traveling since the morning after a delayed flight and then a cancelled one), I googled Tufasa contact and called, someone answered and after explaining my situation she simply stopped answering back. I called again, a different person answered, and she said they changed their location 4 months ago. How am I supposed to know that?? She said most people call to book, as if that was an excuse. She then proceeded to say she couldnt do anything, that if I had gotten in time I couldve read a sign that said they changed their address. As I said, I got there on an Uber who doesnt dispose of my time to look around for signs and change addresses. She hung up on me and now were stranded in a city we dont know. We have no money left as Im now realizing Tufasa charged me twice for the tickets. I want a full refund of both charges immediately or I swear Ill file a lawsuit against this horrible company.
