      Rockwell legal group is a useless debt consolidation company. I have been enrolled in the program for 46 months. I am making my last monthly payment this month and I only have 2 credit cards resolved. I have over $15,000 left unresolved. I have $5,100 in my RAM account and I keep getting the run around about about paying off accounts. My credit score is terrible because they dont tell you when you start the program that they will not pay on anything until your accounts are in collections. I could have done that myself.

      On July 20, 2018 I entered a contract with Rockwell Legal Group to help consolidate all my credit cards. I started making payment of ****** on August 1, 2018. The last payment is scheduled for January 2022 a total of 42 payments. I enrolled 8 accounts to be settled. In that time frame only 3 accounts have been settled. I have called through out this time asking about my accounts and they just tell me that an adjustor will reach out to me and explain what is going on with my account. No one ever call me back. In five months I will be done making payments and I still have 5 accounts that haven't been settled. I have always paid on time and kept my part of the contract. At one point I spoke to someone and they said something about having to extend my contract. I am just upset, frustrated with the company because no one can really give me an updated response to my account. I have been with them for three years and still waiting for them to deliver.

      3 years ago I got Rockwell Legal Group to resolve my credit debts. They said everything would be taken care of in 2 years if I made a payment of so much a month, which I did. This past spring they contacted me and said there wasnt enough of money in the account and wanted me to pay them another $1,500 to settle the credit card debt and I told them that we had agreed on a certain amount and that I signed a contract for that amount and I wasnt going to pay more. A couple of weeks later, my credit score took a big plunge because they didnt take care of it. Any advice?

      I hired this firm stop my foreclosrr on my home to find out after paying. hem450. For past 4 months nothing bren donrim 68 had a stroke. Theydone nothing to help stop to it still be foreclosed. Im very unhappy. Will stop all my payments to thrm since no one answer the phone

      We believe this complaint is made against the wrong law firm.  Our law firm has no record of this client, nor do we help with mortgage defaults.

      Rockwell Legal Group failed to do their job in the debt consolidation program. Was paying $702 a month with only a few accounts settled. Rockwell stopped paying on an account for no reason and because of that it default and received a summons for that issue. Tried contacting Rockwell multiple times for a pay off amount but was told each time issue was escalated and u would receive an email with details. In 03/21 payments stopped coming out of my account and when I emailed to inquire about it I was told to call them. After multiple calls and being on hold for up to an hour then being hung up on I have not heard a thing from them. Just received another summons today 7/24/21 from an account that was never negotiated. Poor service regret ever using then.
