              I won a sweepstakes in 2022 and received a custom Phat Scooter. About a year ago, while still under warranty, the display and all of the lights went out while I was riding, and hasn't come back on since. I've made COUNTLESS attempts to make contact with no success because they apparently filed for bankruptcy, and there are no alternatives to their products that i'm aware of. I still have emails from the company stating that they will "send a replacement as soon as they're settled into a new facility". Needless to say, that never happened. I'm wondering if there's a class action lawsuit for the 1000's of people in my same situation, because regardless of their financial situation, you can't claim to have a warranty on a product and not honor that warranty

              I purchased my Phatty OG back in 2018. I absolutely loved it. it last me for about a year. I only charged the scooter maybe 30 to 40 times. This company claimed that it would handle over 1000 charges. This is completely not true! This company sold me on the quality of the build and that I could get U.S. based assistance in case of any issues with my scooter. The customer service phone number I have doesn't work. The website is only taking pre-orders. There is no phone number, email, or chat option anymore. We were able to buy replacement parts on the website in the past, this feature is no longer available. I could of bought a scooter on Amazon or Alliexpress for much cheaper price. I feel deceived and upset on the quality of my scooter and the lack of support from Phat Rides. DO NOT PRE-ORDER OR BUY from this company. Buyer beware!/
