      I ordered groceries from Sprouts late last year, 2024. It was delivered through Door Dash. The order never arrived. The photos that door dash sent are not of our home. I also filed a police report and talked to the authorities. Door Dash did absolutely nothing. They said they investigated but that is not true. I am writing since this is a Sprouts purchase and want to recoup my funds. I would gladly take a gift card at this point but can't be out almost 200 dollars. I have a chronic illness and am on disability, I use grocery delivery when I am unable to get out. Charge was for $130.15 I ordered various vegetables. I don't have the order number but I do have a reference number with my bank if that would help.thank you

      Hi My sprouts account email is ****************** I placed an order $23.78 but was subsequently canceled. Through chat with customer service, they confirmed a refund has been issued. However a week later, I never got it. Can you see why, now I lost the ability to chat, and no one is there to pick up call

      On 02/21/2025 I was shopping and once again I was treated differently at sprouts as an elderly brown skin Hispanic woman that looks indigenous and Mexican,since the store open, I have been treated bad, but I never complained, it started getting worse and I have numerous complaints with emails to sprouts and no response from corporate, they dont care, lately its gotten worse to shop, but I have to deal with racist and discrimination because of the way I look and one of the managers at sprouts is a cashier and shes horrible to me, hateful she harasses me everytime I walk in to shop, if I was a bad person I could understand , but I have a clean record I just look Mexican and older , she was not there on 02/21/2025, in the evening, that why I shop in the evening instead , I needed some ground beef and walked up to the meat market and the sprouts employees did not talk they just stared at me , so I stood there for a long time and another customer walked up and they helped him immediately and I was still waiting , no one would help they just stared and did not say a word , until another man came out from the back and helped me,

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against Sprouts Farmers Market Alondra location due to ongoing targeted harassment, organized stalking, and body blocking. Despite multiple complaints to Sprouts corporate, the situation has escalated. Most recently, the store manager was directly involved, employees deliberately placed items to interfere with my shopping, and I experienced coordinated body blocking to restrict my movement.Sprouts has failed to take corrective action, and if this continues, I will be pursuing legal options. I request an investigation into this misconduct.

      **** so this company Sprouts In ********** *** been reaching out to HR repeatedly located in **. This company let me go for not having social and birth in file when I first got hired they did not express to me I didnt have i9 and it was crunch time to get those documents so therefore someone signed off on my i9 and they drop the ball on there end *** been working there 5 months since the store opened and they are just now trying to do this I RECEIVED my social in 7 days my birth cert in 9 days basically very quick and ****** which is the store manager said I will be hired back as well Ms.******* *** been waiting patiently and literally no one keeps me updated or if they dont want me anymore . This entire situation was done wrong and someone on there end drop the ball in the beginning As well this is entire different situation far as the store manager ****** he abuses his power he talks with a flirting smile says uncomfortable comments I remember right before thanksgiving ****** SAID HES GOING TO MISS ME I SAID huh what do you mean he continues to reply and says hes going home but as he walked by he touches my shoulder and I can get the correct date because cameras are all over the store exactly where I was at especially in addition I have nothing against *************** I have love ones in my family I dont judge but when you make someone feel they have to talk sweet and nice because u will fire them its sad and Im not the only one feels this in that store I have witnesses. As well I was in bulk and this was before Christmas ****** notices I have a new flannel on and he continues to compliment my shirt as well says a slick comment at the end ****** you know what else I like and smiles weirdly ******* the bulk lady I told her right after it happened and all she could do was shake her head. I have a family attorney and besides this entire situation what he does to abuse his power I was definitely treated wrongly because there ball was dropped.

      Today at approximately:00 p.m. I stopped off at the sprouts at *****************************. Wanted to grab a couple sandwiches for myself and my wife. I was only one in line at the time the young lady started making my sandwiches the line got really long. People were complaining that there was other employees inside the deli section but we're not helping or taking orders. The gentleman standing next to me was on his lunch break and wanted a sandwich he was upset along with another female who got a sandwich but they put the wrong ingredients on it. I noticed the store manager white female late 40s early 50s long hair wearing glasses laughing and joking and flirting with a vendor. She walked by me I mentioned to her that the young lady might be overwhelmed. She immediately became confrontational with no accountability and began to make sarcastic comments to me. I immediately terminated conversation told her thank you no worries she kept trying to persist to carry on a conversation that I didn't want to have anymore with her. I had to say thank you I'm good three or four times before she would walk away. didn't like it one bit but I was careful because I'm a large African American male and was afraid of being racially profiled. She went back behind a deli counter I'm thinking she's going to help but she did it. I've noticed since she's taking on the store the atmosphere has changed. Your last door manager white male short blonde haired gentlemen extremely nice very customer oriented very approachable. He will walk by and say hi without you even having to expect it. She's the opposite not approachable poor communication skills not customer friendly at all I will no longer shop at sprouts this is the store my neighborhood I've gone there for the past 10 to 15 years. But if I need a sandwich in the future it will not be from there I would like to hear from someone in upper management not from the store level and definitely not from your store manager.

      This use to be my favorite store. Until I ran into this racist, ***** they had working at the register. I come here all the time, spending more than average. I go to self checkout , then I have a ladies emergency so I run to the bathroom and tell my son to stay by the court, no one is in line or anything. I come back and this racist, Caucasian lady is starring at my son in disgust, my children are very respectful for one. I come back and she tells me I can take you to my lane. Now Ive been coming here for years no one has ever offered me assistance, and my cart is usually more filled. I like to shop and get out because Im faster than the cashiers. Now when I asked *****/********* Why do you want me to go to the lane. Im fine thank you. she looks disturbed like Im going to take something , she then says Instacart orders go up front Im looking at her like What?! I state Maam I come in everytime and with actually more things, and I have never been assisted, and I am fine. She continues to watch us like hulks and then someone comes to her lane and she goes to her cashier post. At this point I have darn near $400 worth of stuff and Im like Im not giving this racist place my money! I came really for the baby milk and seeded grapes! I have never been mistreated like this! And I ask their manager to come, some mid life crisis beach *** looking dude, who is oblivious in seeing Im upset and instead taking me to the side he has me tell him what happened with her right across me. I did not want to provoke the situation or insult her though she insulted me , and its like he did not care so Im like Ill take this up with someone else! So rude! Never returning!

      I used to do a lot of my shopping at Sprouts. Since 2021, there have been inconsistencies in product quality with a decrease in regulation in the manufacturing industry. Supply shortages caused product inventory to not be restocked for months at a time. Almost all the products I have purchased from Sprouts have been lower in quality than the same products I bought from Sprouts before 2021. On October 12, I purchased from Sprouts a chapstick made for treating lip conditions such as fungal chelitis. The one I bought has no peppermint oil and no neem in it; it is lacking the value of an $8 chapstick. Purchases made with debit are refunded in cash so the amount of returns I have had to make since ********************************* my Sprouts debit transaction history uploaded to this complaint.The grocers often tell me I am the only person who has returned an item I informed them was defective or a fake, so there must not be a problem with the product quality otherwise other people would have returned it.The average American will return a defective item to a retail store with an explanation of the quality issue expecting that the store will address the problem; if they purchase the same item from the same store a few months later, they expect a normal quality as a result of their return feedback. When products continue to be sold at the same unacceptable quality after a return was made, it alerts the customers that defective or fake products in their inventory is not a problem for the grocers. At that point, they cease making returns because they do not want to be profiled for consumer displacement.I have to do a lot of my shopping for the products I used to get at Sprouts from a variety of online retailers and pay extra for *********** request is for Sprouts to work with their suppliers on the quality issues that have plagued the food and supplement industry since the ***** pandemic.

      Good afternoon, I am emailing to ask that sprouts give me a one hundred dollars gift card because of the way I was discriminated against by ***** and ****** and ***** being told I could have any plastic bags when they should have given to me! ***** and ****** yelled my personal information in the store and other customers heard. I'm waiting on a call from *****. I've emailed the CEO, and his staff still no responded. They denied to serve me and told me No! They stole bags from me. I'd like to be compensated for the stress and embarrassment from their employees! And no I'm not homeless! Thank you!
