One more time. This is the second time tombstone tactical has taken my money only to tell me "oh sorry we screwed up". We don't have the item. They sent me an email telling me item was back in stock Within 30 minutes I ordered the gun, they took my money, and sent me an order confirmation. So stupid me I ordered a new holster and a new grip, Now I'm out $175 because Tstone can't tell the truth. They were probably sold out before they even sent me the email. They should check to see that the item is actually in their possession before telling people it is available. I really like to support local places,but how can I continue to have their back when they keep stabbing me in mine

(TOMBSTONE TACTICAL) HORRIBLE SERVICE/HORRIBLE SITE!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!! I purchased a **** DISSENT (NEW) but instead I received a USED firearm with scratches, so once I reached out I was given an option of either returning the weapon or $50 which was a slap to the face as if my money or time is not valuable. Besides the weapon being used and the lack of professionalism from both MANAGER Al & whoever ******* is they both were rude, have no idea of professionalism or how to earn a loyal customer. Why, because I asked for compensation for the error they made by sending me a used weapon and for nonchalantly dismissing my time and money, besides the fact that I paid an additional $75 for it to be shipped. Speaking with Al the joke manager was the equivalent of speaking to a deaf monkey.. honestly the sad part is, I am a collector and because of the price and shipping I thought I found a potential new home where I could build my collection but instead I received incompetence, lack of professionalism and poor appreciation of a customer >>maybe something like ok, I understand that we made the mistake so ok well refund the difference considering you are willing to keep it used or we will refund a smaller amount and give you a store credit (yes I told them I would keep it used for compensation, not a slap disguised as $50) Honestly, anything else I say would just be me venting, but I just want customers to know that we deserve better service and businesses willing to take accountability for their mistakes, I did not appreciate receiving a used weapon, rude manager who talks over you and dismisses you or his employees just as rude and unprofessional. Ultimately, I just received a NEW DISSENT same shipping options maybe a $20 difference and no hassle from ******* which I have purchased from before (duh, why I didnt just buy from them) but yes, stay away from TOMBSTONE TACTICAL and feel content and appreciated people!!!! I think I just experienced a deceptive sales tactic, where I was emailed a set price offer for a specific product item number, but when I called to accept (within 10 minutes) they raised the price $60!I've saved the email. The sales person (****) and their manager(?) (******) both said inventory was diminished and they had to raise the price. Yet when I provided the inventory number, they looked it up and said that that specific number was still in stock. No where in my email offer did it detail "while supplies last" or that inventory levels result in price jacking. And the specific email inventory number was still available for sale. Is this even legal!? Seemed like "bait and switch. "

I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with Tombstone Tactical. Best prices on *************** I highly recommend them.

Tombstone Tactical is simply the worst gun store in the ****************. Truly a gun store meant for first time buyers and wanna be seal team mall cops. They never have a solid inventory of ar parts like *********** even though they have 4x the showroom space and on top of that the staff are uninformed as all can be. Then they charge nearly 3x what any other shop charges to do an online transfer, get outta here with that nonsense.

Horrible customer service. I called before placing my order to verify they had the gun in stock I wanted to buy and they said yes they did. Now they tell me it will be 2 weeks before they can ship as it is at the warehouse not in store. I would have bought elsewhere that had actually had it in stock

Read some negatibe Reviews on TomStone Tactical and decided to give them a chance. Guess what? The negative reviews where right! Ordered a Hammerli Forge H1 .22 pistol with 2 extra magazines and gave me "FREE SHIPPING", they contacted my FFL hand my FFL gave them his Info. A day later they contact me wanting to charge me $100 for shipping. Mind you they dont even have the pistol in stock, it gets shipped from there supplyer.. Rahter buy from GunBroker, at least the shipping there is up front and no more than $30. ORDER#1,0,0,2,0,3,1,7,2had to cancel the order.???????????????

Ordered 80, *****rds ech, cases of 22LR from their website. Had 2 email conversations with them to verify the quantity I'd ordered & 2 on the phone as well verifying the quantity I'd ordered. Then, weeks later, ******* called me to cancel my ordee because they'd made a mistake on the pricing so they were canceling my order & refunding my $$. I called back to see if they'd do anything to make it right, spoke to ************ spoke to owners ********** said they'd sell me 4, *****rd, cases at a discounted rate. Few weeks later the ammo came in & I drove over 40 miles to pick it up but, when I got there they tried telling me the cases I'd purchased were only *****rds each. Asked for *****, the *** **** said I purchased *****rd ********* showed him their website that still said a case of the ammo purchased was *****rds each but he said that's a mistake, even though it was also stated in the recorded phone call. He said he'd talk to the owner & call me - he didn't until after I left 3 messages then he said he'd call the next morning -he didn't. I waited 2 days before leaving 2 more messages before he called me back & said the owners won't honor what they'd said & that'll just refund my $$. They won't honor their website prices, they try cutting the order I'd paid for in half, & now they won't honor what the owners wife agreed to. I'll NEVER do business with them again, they can't be trusted at all & are very comfortable lying, repeatedly, to their customers, wasting their time, & having them drive nearly 100 miles, round trip, for absolutely nothing. Horrible, rude, & extremely dishonest company

I guess everyones experience is different, but I have had nothing but good dealings with these guys. The staff are always very nice and helpful and if youre buying a firearm from them, they dont charge a transfer fee. Every gun Ive ordered online has been available and come in within a week or two. I got a smoking deal on a ****** Systems MR ***** Nothing but good for my experiences. Sorry the others have had such bad times.
