    My friend told me about the location at *********************************************** Saturday May 12, 2024. I went into the establishment to see how much their turbans was then I started looking at wigs. I went to the register to check out and my money I placed in the bank hadnt cleared. I went and cash another check, I had to pay for my purchase. The store employees and the manager stated the store did not close until 8:00pm The people at the store informed me that they would cut the lace wig when I returned to the store. Now, the manager said that she would cut the lace wig when I returned to the store with the money. I never had a lace wig before when I return to be assisted the manager stated she was leaving and the other employees had excuses after excuse why they couldnt take care of cutting the lace off the wig. Now, my friend that told me about WABA was in-line and the cashier told me I was after her. Then the cashier started waiting on other customers that was after me. I really couldnt get service like a customer should have. The cashier started mouthing off at me and I spoke up for myself. Later another employee with red hair started speaking about a matter she didnt know about Stating she was standing up for her Co-worker when both of them were in the wrong acting like they were ready to have a street fight, this behavior was shocking to me, and very unprofessional service for a business After, I just finished spending almost a $100.00 and they messed the lace up on the wig when the cashier cut it, I feel that was done on purpose. I will not be spending any of my hard on money at the establishment any more. The drama was unnecessary because they knew they wasnt going to assist me when I returned with the money for the wigs and the other merchandise I purchase. I am going to inform others not todo business with WABA *************************** Supply my sales receipt is #***** Workstation 1 store 1. if I knew I was going to be mistreated like I was I wouldnt had returned to the store at all.
