We received a call today from this company who now identifies as Beard ************** stating that we owe them a balance of over $200 for a subscription we had canceled 3 years ago. In those 3 years we have never received more product or any calls from the company. We actually reported them the first time because their subscription process was horribly predatory and took advantage of us and then they wouldn't allow us to cancel until we reported them. They threatened to ruin our credit if we did not pay the balance. The number they called from was masked as a local number, but the person on the phone was clearly from ***** or ********. They gave us the following number ************ which is number for a loan agency. I believe they got our info from the company and are now trying to scam us and probably others as well.

I've been getting calls from them saying I ordered their product in 2016 and now I owe them $200+ for a subscription on an old credit card that isn't active. I asked them to email me the information and details about the company and they refused and that must pay them or they will report me the credit bureaus. They say they've been emailing me but I have no record of it.

I received a phone call today stating I order their product in 2022? Never even heard of it, and now I'm receiving phone calls saying I owe them $200 for a subscription on an old credit card. I asked them to email me the account info and the company and I got nothing from them other than I must pay them or they will report me. I also looked into my emails and have nothing on this company. For sure a scam.

Received a call stating that I never cancelled a subscription to a company back in Jan. 2020. The guy on the phone was difficult to understand and lots of phone calls were happening in the background. Apparently I signed up for a free trial and only paid the shipping and then never cancelled. The company claims that the card number got denied and they couldn't charge my account and I now owe them $89 or they will escalate the matter and start sending the "29 delayed shipments". I checked by bank statements and saw nothing from that company from that time frame until I went all the way back to Dec. 14 2018 and found two payment of $4.95 and one payment of $1.95 then shortly latter i saw payments of $89.99 or $88.99 on Dec 27, Jan 2, Jan 31 and then no more payments from my account. I never received anything from this company and now almost 5 years later they're calling stating I owe them money and they can't send me an invoice of what I owe until i give them my credit card number over the phone.

This company calls me every day, claims I made a purchase in December of 2020, a subscription for monthly delivery of some bears oil Ive never heard of. Ive asked for any documentation of the purchase because I DID NOT MAKE THIS PURCHASE, but they refuse and tell me that because my name is on it I have no choice but to pay the $89. They call from ************* telephone numbers but tell me they are in ****. When I call these numbers back it goes to some random persons cell phone who claims they never called me. I have blocked close to **************************************************************** using different ones. This is obviously a scam, not sure how to make this stop.

I have recently begun receiving phone calls using masked or fake phone numbers from this companies account management team stating I have an outstanding balance and they will be escalating the matter. I have never heard of this company let alone purchased from this company nor can they give me an account number, purchase date or receipt. They call at minimum 10 times per day, violating debt collection harassment laws, are rude, disrespectful, dismissive, loud, and threatening over the phone. Will also be reporting them to the *****

Some people called me about an order from ********************************************************************************* they were going to report to the credit bureau. Gave them the cancellation number and everything and they just kept saying the same line. Told them they were scammers and Im not paying them for a product I do not have and cancelled 6 years ago. They said ok and that they will resume the subscription and send the products even though the credit card they had on file was no longer active and the address is an old one. Told them okay go ahead and I will report you to the credit bureau and called my bank just to be sure there wont be any issues. Seems Im not the only one having this issue.

Company keeps on calling me, stating that I made a purchase back in June 2020 and I never canceled the subscription therefore I owe them over $200 for beard oil. They call me every morning, and I have no recollection of the purchase or their company. They threaten to escalate the matter and send it to collection, I asked to see an invoice of the charges and where they were made and theyve failed to provide that and wont allow me to speak to manager or the escalation team to get it resolved. All they want is a credit card over the phone to settle these charges that I DONT understand. This is unacceptable and unethical.

2 years ago I purchased some beard oil from beard cezar. It required you to pay only shipping and handling so I paid that. There was no subscription needed. 2 years later I have been receiving phone calls stating that my card was declined and I owed them $89.99 for each product of a subscription I never even signed up for. Beard ***** says that I have to pay for the products that Ive never received and in order to cancel the subscription I have to pay the overage charges. Beard ***** also said if I dont pay it they will ruin my credit. It never said anything about a subscription when I bought the products that I did purchase. Beard cezar calls from multiple local numbers to get ahold of me and Ive told them multiple times Im not paying for a product that I never received and in two years never received a call or text or email or a letter regarding any of this, yet they say they are sorry when Im reality they are just scamming people. Id like this matter resolved so I dont receive any more phone calls from them. And will never do business with them again.
