      I have received a couple phone calls stating I have an unsettled account to pay they are unable to give me a date of purchase, a receipt or any proof that I enrolled in this product. They claim December of 2020they sent shipment but I never enrolled in 2020. They demand I give card number I er phone to settle or it will go to collections.

      Received a call from Better Beard Club or Beard CZAR stating that I ordered 3 bottles of their product in Feb 2021. Stating I paid $4.95 for shipping and handling and didn't respond within the 14 day time frame; so 20 months later they are telling me I have to pay $89.00 per bottle or I will be getting *********************************** and they will be escalating this and reporting to the credit bureaus. I asked for a copy of the invoice and the $4.95 shipping receipt, he couldn't give it. He gave me a customer service number and they wouldn't give me a receipt either. They said I used a **** of America card to pay... I don't have a BOA account. Nor is there an email from Better Beard Club. Advised them if they sent me the receipt I would gladly pay the full price for the products to get rid of them. They will send me an invoice and close the account ONLY if I pay them. When I asked the supervisor for an account number she didn't give one; I asked for the website I could go look at the account she told me to go to Betterbeardclub/facial.weezly. Pulled up ******* ******** **** and bbc.com. She told me to goto betterbeardclub.com. I entered my email they said I used and "Account Not Found" she had no response and sent me back to the first guy that called. I will be glad to settle this if its my responsibility. And willing to pay full price because its my oversite.... But not with the invoice or account information.

      Beard Czar has called me multiple times recently, with the last one being today (9/26/2022) threatening to ruin my credit. They say they have been sending me products and that my credit card wont go through. I tried asking for their company info, and all they will give me is a customer service number which they tell me to call. *************) I asked them which address they have sent these products to, and they gave me an address which I havent lived at for over 6 years. They threaten to escalate it and ruin my credit score if I dont pay them around $400 now. They say they will continue sending products and that I cant cancel. I have never received anything from them and never signed up for a subscription through them.

      I keep receiving calls from local numbers claiming to be Beard Czar and that I owe money from a previous order. I did order this product, but shipping and handling was paid for at that time. They have threatened to report me to the credit bureau for the charges. Im so sick of being called!

      These scammers called me today on 9/19/2022 about a bottle that they say I ordered in July 2016. They wanted me to pay 90$ or threatened to send collection agents. I had canceled everything as far as I can remember and never received any product. ******** tried to convince me that they have been sending me products ever since and were not able to collect anything due to covid. Now they want me to pay somehow. I told them they can do whatever they want and I will expose them all over social media so that other people are not robbed of their hard earned money like this. Not sure what else I can do. If someone wants to get in touch and ensure these scammers are taught a ******* I can be reached on *******************

      I purchased a bottle of their supplement on 09/25/16. They signed me up automatically to recieve more bottles that I never requested and there were no disclaimers on their website to notify me that i would be signed up for more products. I recieved and was billed for a second bottle that I never wanted. I tried to call them but there was no option with the call bot to cancel or change subscritions or orders. I then went on their website and could not find any other contact information. I then contacted my bank (***** Fargo) and notified them of the situation. They blocked payments to who ever was billing me and then there was a different company with a diferent name that billed me for the same product. I finally had to have my credit card canceled to stop payments because I could find no other way to settle the issue. I just recieved a call on 9/19/2022 from a supposed collection company claiming that I had ordered and recieved other products and that I owed them $179. The woman said I could pay and settle it or they would send it to collections. I asked if they had ever called or sent me an email and she said they did and gave me the date but I could never find said emails. I do however have a notice of subscription cancelation sent from them on 01/08/2017 in my email. I never ordered the products they are trying to bill me for, nor did I ever recieve said products.

      I purchased this product one time in 2017. It was ok. Recently Ive been getting calls from someone claiming to be from their billing department, calling from a local number, saying I owe them $6,000 from the purchase I made in 2017. I believe I paid $90 or something back then, and it wasnt a subscription. It was a one time purchase. Im not sure if this company went out of business or if theyre just trying to scam people out of money, but theyre web presence is almost non existent anymore and all contact numbers for them are gone. Ive seen a few other complaints on here about them doing the same thing to others.

      Received a local number phone call from them over the weekend claiming my husband owes them money. According to them he signed up for a 15 day free trail in Dec of 2020 for beard supplements, which he never did nor did he receive any products from them. She stated over the phone that if he dont settle it right away he will owe more money ($400) she quoted. When I started asking questions because it seemed sketchy the lady got really angry and started raising her voice to speak over me. She was really consistent on giving me a customer phone number *************) and that is where I needed to settle the payment and issue.. I tried calling the local number back just to see if it was legit as they declared it was a billing department and I couldnt even call the number back as it wouldnt go through. RED FLAG!! I asked if they could email me or my husband something and she said that wasnt possible and it would be escalated. They then threatened going through credit bureaus to get money and I told her if thats the only way then go for it. She then proceeded to raise her voice and began talking over me so I hung up. Will be calling my bank first thing in the morning to let them know.

      Company claims to be named Biotin Beard Czar under ****** Beard ************** in ***************, **** cust service ************ Manager name ********************* lic# YG074 Company claims I ordered and received their product 2 years ago yet they can not provide me with written proof of invoice, order request or any other proof of product. Furthermore, they are demanding payment of product to be able to cancel membership they say i am enrolled in. If no payment is received today (9/2/2022) they say i will be subject to continued membership fees of $500! I requested an emailed or mailed invoice and they said they can not because the BBB is holding that information.

      I am receiving calls stating that I have a past due account, but I am told I'm not eligible to receive a bill for the charges since the account is past due. I have no way to verify the charges are legitimate if they can't provide a statement of the charges.
