      I received a fraud alert from ******* regarding this company. It was for a 17 dollar charge. I contacted the company to inquire and was told it was a subscription for an online supplement ordering service. The customer representative told me I signed up in October of this year. This is not true, and was either a blatant lie, or the result of hidden agreements for some other product. When asked to ****** the representative offered to reduce my subscription to $10 then to $5.98 before finally canceling me. When I asked for a refund I was told that no refunds were available, then that I could be refunded 25%, then 50% of the $17 charge. After insisting on receiving the full refund and that I would call the fraud department of my bank back, I was told I would receive the full refund in 3 to 10 business days. I will contact WholesaleHealth back if I do not see that refund posted in that timeframe.

      You may have clicked a ******** ad promoting free products in exchange for signing up for various services, including our membership, which may have caused some confusion. I've canceled your membership. While we haven't charged you, we recommend checking your bank statement for other companies' unwanted charges.

      I had to cancel my debit card because these people charged it ***** without my approval, I believe they are connected to other scammers that get your information and charge your card. I had another scam a couple weeks ago and my bank caught it and stopped it, and now this charge which makes me believe they are connected. I just got info from my bank that the 17. 00 was refunded after I called and was told I was stuck with the charge. So I got it taken care of but still replaced my debit card. So this is just informational complaint to warn people about this "Company"

      I never signed up for any goods or books or merchandise 39 dollars was taken out of my account without my authorization I have been in contact with them numerous times but they have never gotten back to me

      A company called wholesale health club charged my account $17.00 for items I didnt purchase. I checked my email and account to see what time the purchase was made. At the time the purchase was made I was asleep, so it couldnt have been me. I dont know how they got in my account without my knowledge. I dont know this company and I am not sure how this company got my account information and made this purchase. I would like a refund.

      I found a charge pending in my account for this company. I did not sign up for anything for this company. I found a welcome email. Went in cancelled what looked like a subscription and my card was still charged. $5.89. I noticed it pending on 11/7/24 and my card was charged 11/12/24.

      This place just charged my card out the blue Ive never heard of this place. It charged my card $17. I dont have an account never did. Please send back my money now. The charge was unauthorized

      It appears that the customer clicked on a ******** ad promoting free products in exchange for signing up for various services, including our membership. However, the customer never contacted us directly to address this.
      Please note that this was not our advertisement. We are Wholesale Health Club. As requested, I have canceled your membership and refunded the $17 membership fee. We recommend checking your bank statement for any additional charges from other companies.

      I had ordered some gummy supplements from this company. I did not agree to any trial membership and was not notified of any trial membership ending. I was charged $17 on October 16, 2024 and when I tried to cancel that charge and get it refunded instead I got another charge for some basic membership on October 16, 2024 for $5.89. I did not agree to either of these charges. I need my account canceled, my card information eliminated from your records and I need a refund for these two charges in the total amount of $22.89 immediately. Thank you

      I didnt ordered anything and wholesale health club transactions from my card on 9/22/24. This is not the first time that it happened. Wholesale Health Club has made charges to my card for at least the last two months. This time it caught my attention to it. This was an unauthorized charge. I want the charges discontinued.

      I received an email from their company notifying me that I was being billed $17.00, for their "Sapphire Membership." I NEVER ordered anything from their company. I have no idea how they were able to obtain my credit card info, and make this fraudulent charge.

      We are very sorry for any misunderstanding caused. When you placed your original order, you had signed up for our membership program, which is why you were billed $17.00. I do not show any contact with our company at this time. I have gone ahead and cancelled the account and processed a full refund.

      Although the company is in the process of refunding the money they stole from me, and canceling this membership that I supposedly signed up for, they continue to lie, claiming that I ordered something from their business. 

      This is an outright lie. I will continue to reject their proposed resolution until they acknowledge that they obtained my name and credit card details through fraudulent and unscrupulous means.

      We are very sorry Ms. **** is stating this was fraudulently done. We however did not fraudulently place an order for Ms. ***** All information would need to be entered in on the site. The order was for our membership. This was placed on August 26, 2024. The ** address of where the order was placed does show ************ which upon checking shows Ms. ***** address. We would have no way of accessing someones credit card information unless it was entered on the site. When locating an account we only have access to the last 4 of the card. As well as name, phone, email, shipping, and billing information would have needed to be entered in. Perhaps someone in the home of Ms. **** placed this order with her information.

      As I stated before, I will continue to reject claims made by this company. They will continue to deny the claims that they obtained my info and fraudulently billed me, and I will continue to tell the TRUTH.

      As a side note, they instantaneously took the money from me (fraudulently), and yet they allow themselves 3-10 business days to "process the refund."
