I didnt ordered anything and wholesale health club transactions from my card on 9/22/24. This is not the first time that it happened. Wholesale Health Club has made charges to my card for at least the last two months. This time it caught my attention to it. This was an unauthorized charge. Your first 30 days of membership are free with your initial order, giving you the opportunity to return and buy any products at discounted rates. After the initial period, the membership fee is $17 per month. As is clearly stated on the checkout page.
You've made no attempts to cancel your membership which you can do by calling the number on our website, emailing the address on our website, filling out the contact us form, or by logging into your account and self managing. It's really simple.Your membership has been cancelled. and you will not be billed again.

I received an email from their company notifying me that I was being billed $17.00, for their "Sapphire Membership." I NEVER ordered anything from their company. I have no idea how they were able to obtain my credit card info, and make this fraudulent charge.Business Response

Although the company is in the process of refunding the money they stole from me, and canceling this membership that I supposedly signed up for, they continue to lie, claiming that I ordered something from their business.
This is an outright lie. I will continue to reject their proposed resolution until they acknowledge that they obtained my name and credit card details through fraudulent and unscrupulous means.

We are very sorry Ms. **** is stating this was fraudulently done. We however did not fraudulently place an order for Ms. ***** All information would need to be entered in on the site. The order was for our membership. This was placed on August 26, 2024. The ** address of where the order was placed does show ************ which upon checking shows Ms. ***** address. We would have no way of accessing someones credit card information unless it was entered on the site. When locating an account we only have access to the last 4 of the card. As well as name, phone, email, shipping, and billing information would have needed to be entered in. Perhaps someone in the home of Ms. **** placed this order with her information.

As I stated before, I will continue to reject claims made by this company. They will continue to deny the claims that they obtained my info and fraudulently billed me, and I will continue to tell the TRUTH.
As a side note, they instantaneously took the money from me (fraudulently), and yet they allow themselves 3-10 business days to "process the refund."

This company is engaging in fraudulent behavior by repeatedly attempting to charge my credit card for a service I never signed up for or agreed to. They have made multiple unauthorized attempts to withdraw money from my account without my consent, clearly showing that they are running a scam.I have never done business with this company and have no idea how they obtained my credit card information. When I called to resolve this issue, I was connected with someone who did not speak English fluently and was unable to answer any of my questions. Instead of addressing my concerns, they put me on mute every time I asked a question, which was extremely shady and unprofessional. I'm absolutely fed up with your pathetic attempt to shift the blame onto me. I never agreed to do business with your company, and you still havent clarified what I supposedly signed up for. You keep mentioning IP addresses and being incredibly vague, just like the person I spoke with on the phone. What exactly did I buy according to your records? You cant answer that because I didnt purchase anything. It sounds like your company might be operating under a different name or involved in something shady since I dont even recognize your company. I ordered one bottle of memory medicine, Neuro Tech IQ, using my Discovercard for $17. Weeks later when reviewing my Discover bill, found that they had enrolled me into a health club charging $17/weekly! I immediately called the club number and contacted Discover, around March 5, 2023. I just received enclosed info from Discover that they allowed 5 of the 12 charges to go through as they could not prove or disprove the claim as the health club would not submit any documentation. I believe the one charge of $17 for the medication received but the remaining charges are a SCAM!Business Response

When **************** placed his original order on June 30, 2023, he had signed up for our membership program, which is why he was billed $17.00.We show Mr. ****** reached out to customer service on February 19, 2024, requesting to cancel his account. No refunds were requested at that time.
We currently show Mr. ****** has chargedbacked through his bank on all charges. We show the account is canceled and due to chargebacks it appears the bank has refunded his money on all charges. At that same time customers are offered our monthly membership, this is where you can purchase multiple supplements at a very discounted rate. Ms. ******* would have had to check that off which membership package she wanted and agreed to the terms of the offer prior to the order going through. We do not show any contact with our company. Not to worry! We have gone ahead and canceled this account so no further charges will occur.
