  Hi, I have stayed at one of your hotels, and it was infested with roaches, one fell in my food when eating and they got in the mini fridge and we're crawling on the food containers. This hotel also has many holes and mold on the curtain, they lied about breakfast and high speed Internet and more. They have poor service, holes in bed sheets, beds, walls, and floors. they hotel staff is also very nasty they think the customers bring in the roaches but they already have roaches to begin with. They hotel staff bang on people's doors, give nasty looks and think they are all that knowing they run a nasty ***** infested hotel. I had to shake my stuff out before I left and there was many roaches trying to come with me, I wish and hope for this hotel to be shut down or renewed with better staff and rooms also no roaches. I am willing to help if it gets a staff renewal and rooms. This hotel is the "******************************"

  These reviews would have been helpful before my EconLodge stay. While visiting the ***********, I headed south to my reservation at an EconoLodge. All went smoothly with the reservation, and the room was clean, as were the sheets. That's where it ended: - No remote for the TV - Stay was in early August so it was hot. Room was a bit warm so turned on the ***** It worked but the thermostat did not shut off when temperature was reached. Woke up at 0200 freezing. Shut off the **** but there was no extra blanket(s). - No coffee maker - didn't care about that, but did want the cup which is normally included. Had to go to the front desk which was continually manned by bottom feeders. - Ice bucket was totally broken and unusable.All the above I could live with, BUT ...I inadvertently left my **** toiletry kit in the bathroom in the morning. Did not discover the loss until 600 miles later once home. Yes, my bad for forgetting. - Called on five (5) separate occasions, asking the manager to mail it, assuring him I would refund the postage and provide additional funds for his inconvenience. I take some very expensive meds I did not want to leave. During each of the five calls I was assured the **** kit would be sent to me immediately. - Ultimately and after two months, I drove the 600 miles to retrieve the **** kit. Upon arriving It was clear no attempt had been made to mail the item to me, it was still in the lost and found room. Thankfully nothing was missing, but I still have a bad taste because of the poor customer service,. -The help refused to give me the manager's last name. Suspect this wasn't his first rodeo

  When I checked into the hotel in *************, ** on 7/26 my card was charged for an extra $100. I questioned it immediately and was told it was policy for incidentals. I told them all I was doing was sleeping and I would be leaving in less than 8 hours but the desk clerk refused to credit the amount back at that time. When I checked out the gentleman working refused to credit me back or give me a receipt. He claimed I would get the money back once my room charge was processed. Its now been a week and its still showing on my credit card. I will never stay at this Econo lodge again. Worst customer service. The clerks barely speak English and are very rude. I will never stay there again. Theyre thieves.

  I have never been treated so poorly at ***************** if you stay longer than 4 days your treated differently, I know Im staying for an extended time but does that mean not check if toilet tissue or towels are needed. Then when you go to the front desk they act like its a bother to get you what you need, staff at tinker diagonal location were not friendly at the front desk at all. And to top it all off during these cold time the heater continues to work momentarily the begins to blow out cold air- I reported the second incident since supposedly being fix at 8am this morning here it is 11:17 am and havent heard not one peep from anyone- I mean this is absolutely terrible that you treat people your customers that help pay your salary this way, I only have a few more days here but this h*** hole should be closed down indefinitely until they get their equipment and act together.

  I stayed at **************************************************************************************. This was the dirtiest place I had ever seen. Even the light switch was covered in filth. I was suppose to stay two night and because of home coming weekend there was no rooms anywhere else. I was there for the passing on a love one. I wish I could upload photos because words are not enough for this filthy place.

  While enroute to a kidney transplant evaluation in ******* **. Which is over 100 miles from home we received a call that our hotel reservation was cancelled because of my need of a wheelchair. We specified such a need in the reservation. The gentleman from ph.# ************* stated that the wheelchair was not allowed in our room and was a hazard. This reservation was made on September 20th and they called at 4:30pm Oct. 5th to cancel. This was the day of our reservation and we were 80 miles from home. We called several hotels and were told no availability due to a festival which makes for a very stressful. Econo lodge made no effort to accommodate us in anyway and made a already stressful trip even more stressful. We did manage to get a room for almost double the price.

  Hydro 10 hours from ************* to ********** **************. I pre-ordered my room. I was told that they gave you a smoker's room. They place me in room **************************************************************************** which I hope was oil. Cigarette ***** in the sheets and bedspreads. Notice . What seem to be . S**** stains all up and down the box spring cover. The nozzle in the shower wasn't working correctly. Too tired too late to complain I slept in my car. Have pictures of proof!!

  The Econo Lodge Downtown at ******************************************************************************** is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The ** didn't work, there was no internet, the front door was kicked in and broken, the coffee machine was missing parts and didn't work, there was a plastic bag taped over and hanging from the fire detector, the furniture was broken, the toilet wouldn't flush, the room was dirty, and the linens were dirty.I arrived at the hotel late at night and was immediately greeted by the broken front door. I was hesitant to go inside, but I was tired and needed a place to sleep. The lobby was dark and dingy, and the clerk behind the counter was rude and unhelpful.I checked into my room and was immediately disappointed. The room was small and cramped, and the furniture was old and beat up. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were dirty. The ** didn't work, and there was no internet access.I arrived at the hotel late at night and was immediately greeted by the broken front door. I was hesitant to go inside, but I was tired and needed a place to sleep. The lobby was dark and dingy, and the clerk behind the counter was rude and unhelpful.I checked into my room and was immediately disappointed. The room was small and cramped, and the furniture was old and beat up. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were dirty. The ** didn't work, and there was no internet access.I tried to use the coffee machine in the morning, but it was missing parts and didn't work. I went to the front desk to ask for help, but the clerk was nowhere to be found.The toilet wouldn't flush. I tried to call the front desk again, but no one answered. I ended up having to shower with the toilet overflowing.I left the hotel as soon as possible and would never recommend it to anyone. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I would advise anyone to avoid it at all costs.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is dirty, unsafe, and poorly maintained.

  The Econo lodge in ******** ******** needs closed . The office looked ok , but sign said no refunds??? First place Ive stayed in my 22 day road trip that said that. I should of left. The bathroom had black mold an some gu, coming out of corners . We couldnt shower there an got out as early as we could . There was a dead ***** in one bed also. This gives the Econo name a black eye , should be cleaned up or permanently closed . I dont want anything just want Econo to know your sign hangs there!! Thanks

  Disgusting, Want me to post video? The shower leaked all over the walls then onto floor. The toilet ran the entire time. We were suppose to have a clean laundry facilty but it was so disgusting who would want to even put dirty clothes in there. Our room was suppose to be a kitchenette but disappointment again. a tiny microwave, a small fridge that was full of the overflowing ice and not even a coffee pot. the floor had not been clean in who knows how long. After a shower my feet actually got filthy. The advertising pictures are a lie. We paid for 2 nights but literally left the next morning. Losing almost 100 bucks. Needless to say the are open drug deals going on out of the rooms. We will never stay in an Econolodge again, EVER!
