    We got stranded in ******* due to flight issues. We showed up to the eco i lodge on ******************************* There were exposed wires hanging out of the wall, no smoke alarm, hair in the shower and bed , it reaked in smoke, tv didnt work ,mold on the ceiling in the bathroom etc They are not even complying with basic health codes. We left immediately but were charged for the stay. We booked through a 3rd party which said we need to contest charges w the hotel and the hotel told us to contact the agency.

    Recently stayed at Econo Lodge ******************************* (Check In: 25Jul24 Check Out: 29Jul24 Itinerary Number: H8806579). There were quite a few problems with the room. To include: Toilet Resavoir Tank NOT Securely Fastened to the bowl assembly. Toilet Assembly NOT Securely Fastened to the Floor. Doorknob on bathroom door very loose. Bed very 'Lumpy' and uncomfortable. The Stopper in the bathroom cink stuck (almost) closed causing sink to fill quickly (while shaving) and empty very slowly leaving residue. It would not close compketely nor open farther. The exhaust fan would 'squeel' loudly occasioally. The Window curtains would not completely close allowing unwanted light from outside and people walking by to see in. (This I secured with two safey pins). There was a lamp on the window side NOT Plugged In. There was a microwave with only partially operational buttons. NO COFFEE (except in the Office after 0600 until the ************ Pot was Empty . With no further offer to nake more) There was NO OFFER if Food of Any Kind (Not Breakfast . Snack . Nor Any Other Time. ON Rwo Seperate Occasions (On consecutive nights) I got the pleasure to KILL COCKROACHES and Flush Them. Both in the main room and in the bathroom. The Night Clerks Were Very Pleasent and Happy to Have Discussion. all Of the Above Mentioned Complaints were submitted In Writing for Both the Cleaning/Maintenance Personnel and Management. I have had NO RESPONSE from Motel Ownership nor Management. Thank You. of problems

    I spoke to this gentleman and (screenshot of email askibg how he did. He offered a booking.com refund) explained the whole scenario. He told me if the hotel did not refund that booking.com would in 5 days. This is why we asked for a refund.No AC in 98+ temp no towels, bedding. The sheet was filthy no toilet paper missing light shades and light bulbs bed mattress to box spring was soaked in urine. Shower floors were slimy and rooms had been smoked in room smells like drugs cigarettes and urine. Room doors busted and kicked inward. Outside concrete stairs falling apart and our 3 year old about fell from half way up the stairs as it tilted. filthy sticky floors, cockroaches all over guests making drugs in next room (obvious because the smell and items left outside the door)drug bags on the stairs people doing drugs as we walked past in the windows. Razor blades in windows seals. Smoke detectors inoperable.drug deals constantly alllll night long. absolutely disgusted. sickened I want a full refund as I had to sleep 8 people in 2 cars. And not in those filthy rooms. Hotel is being reported to local law enforcement and health department. One of our people had skin discoloration from just being in the room for 5 min.

    I stayed at Econo Lodge at ********** on Thursday, April 4, 2024. I contracted bed bugs from the hotel and am suffering with painful, itchy bites all over my body that will likely scar. Also during my stay, I noticed a dirty and unsanitary room. The shower had hair in it and all the sinks were clogged. There was a broken light outside my window that was flashing and keeping me awake because the curtains wouldnt close all the way due to being broken. Another reason I got no sleep were because of the guests next door yelling and screaming until 4:30am. Im extremely angry that I have to deal with bed bugs, and now they are in my home. Im a professional and a business owner who works with customers on a daily basis in a food safe setting. I have lost sleep due to being up all night itching and in pain despite medications given to me by my doctor. I am completely miserable and this has been seriously disrupting my life. *** called the hotel now for the past two days trying to speak with a manager and have not only not been called back but have been blown off by the staff. To say Im angry is an understatement.

    My name is *************************. I made reservation # ******** & confirmation # ********, I stayed at the Econo Lodge located at **********************************************, from 2/24/24 to 2/26/24. I woke up this morning with bed bug bites on my left arm, wrist, head, and thighs. I request medical treatment. I spoke with the manager on duty an Indian female and requested the Insurance Information from the hotel to seek treatment. She was very rude and hung up the phone on me. Both my arm and farhead is infected with puss, red, and itches. Please contact me as soon as possible or I will seek legal advice.

    Hello. I am just trying to get the refund promised to me as I gave econo lodge 48 hours notice to cancel my last night stay booked as I didnt t need it. I stayed from Saturday October 21-Wednesday morning October 25. I did not need the Wednesday night . I went to the front desk and personally cancelled for the Wednesday night Monday morning. More than 48 hour notice. The front desk staff said they would attach the refund request to the file and the manager will refund it. I have called the hotel several times , no response.     Good morning, my stay at the Econo Lodge in ********** ************ this past weekend is not something I can sweep under the rug. I tried to check in on Friday evening October 6th around ****. When attempting to check in, the lady behind the desk (no name tag) began having a altercation with the lady behind me. They began to yell profanities at each other to the point I was super uncomfortable, this escalated to the point the cops were called. The gal behind me was on the phone stating things like "this white girl in front of me is getting checked in but I am not", then to make matters worse the desk clerk had my license in her hand the entire time and asked me for my phone number. I was super hesitant to give it to her because there were 4-5 males sitting within ear shot, but she asked me for it again which made me fear for my safety for the duration of the evening. When I finally got checked in (about 15 minutes later) the door appeared to have been broken in previously because of the splitting door jamb. The steps were filthy with cans, bottles and fast food papers. The next morning I had planned on going to the pool, however the disarray of the pool area with littered garbage and dirty socks on the table made me change my mind. Everything in the room had been unplugged and it was not super clean. My child woke up with a bite on his neck that spread down to his chest. I paid $545.32 for 2 nights at this establishment which is astronomical and I would expect a more pleasant stay. I did notice cameras in the lobby so please refer to them for video documentation of the incident. I also have pictures of the bug bite. I was going to let this go but after speaking with the doctor about the bite he said to speak with you to get a refund and or big discount and if that doesn't work then pursue further. I believe I am starting at the bottom level and hope this situation can be resolved here. Thank you, ***********************

    paid $229.00 for room #*** for 09-09-23 thru 09-11-23 at the Econolodge in **************, ** the room was FILTHY. the toilet had black mold/mildew inside the toilet and the rim and outside of the toilet had urine runs all over it. the tub was FILTHY and had hair bunched up at the drain, handles were scummy. the floor AND WALLS had urine stains. the sink was dirty, handles scummy. floors were not clean or vacuumed. mini-fridge was too gross to touch. the only thing that was clean in the room were the sheets. there were no bedspreads on the beds (yet the advertisement on the internet showed there was). this place was disgusting. not to mention, the person left an envelope in front of the **** for a cash GRATUITY for the room she pretended to have cleaned.

    9/2/2023 to 9/5/2023 I am 84 years old and I have been staying at this motel every year for the past 20 years. The rooms have not been updated only the floors. My room had black mold in the cieling in the shower which had been there for the past 4 times I have been in this same room (122). The drain in the shower was not attached screwd down and it came off and my foot went in the hole. Also the beds are sunk in the middle need new mattresses and headboards are dirty. There is a hole in the wall by the air conditioner. Did not leave me any face towels. Did not leave a box of tissue. Mirror is ************ is broke. They must only show the inspectors the ********* whereever that is. The carpet in the hall is dirty. I paid my money for a this. This was the last time I will stay at this place in **********************. I have pictures of all of this I am reporting. I want my money back!
