On October 31, 2019 Arizona Registrar of Contractors filed an Indictment against Leo Andrew Wieck, Dba EMConstruction, Solscap LLC, and Desert Storm Contracting LLC. Charges filed allege Leo Andrew Wieck is in violation of state law prohibiting fraud by illegally using a credit card from a consumer, claiming to be a licensed contractor, and abandoning the project before it was complete.
The matter is pending.
