  Trash App not recommended!! This people steal the good things and organize all the ** it together so they dont even pay for cleaning!!! You can see how organized they make it, dishes together with shoes,or a broken fridge full of letters!! They are scamming and they dont have anyone to force them into the law they supposed to be working!!! I have the experience to pay for one picture and find out at the time I was there half of the storage empty and anybody knows nothing or what happened!!Several calls to the manager with no response,Storage treasure team offered me a VIP account for one month free but to keep charging me next month 30 bucks without knowing it ,,,Thats SCAM thats why I wish for all this trash bags all their families die while they sleeping at bed thats my best wish for all you trash bags

  I have used Storage Treasures as a private seller for the last 6 months. Not only do I have bidders who win but don't pay or show up but Storage Treasures has fraudulently taken my deposits that are legally mine from the bidders. This does not include the percent they charge separately to the bidder. They don't protect their clients at all. They read from a script and repeat themselves without ever having a solution. And when asked to speak to a manager, their managers are never available.

  Had a family member pass away and by the time we found her storage unit information it was to late to save it from auction. We contacted Storage Treasures only asking they forward our contact information to the auction buyer and let them know the former owners children would like to buy back family pictures and a few sentimental items. Storage Treasures refused to be of any help and would not even give them our number.

  They suspended my account because my ID was stolen. I even had a police report. They stated I was responsible for picking up the unit AFTER I PAID THE 10 DOLLARS THEY NEVER REFUNDED. I was not aware that I could designate someone else to pick it up for another 10 dollars. Then randomly my account said i bid on another auction. Not true this place scams people and the only reason people register on the site is bc they have the most auctions. I say let's all ban and suspend them from even existing. It's a shame other sites don't have more auctions. I like locker fox but maybe one day they can take over storage treasures.Yes they do goast bid and all of the above. Everyone is correct about this shady company.

  This place sucks!!! They are scammers. They charge you for units you didn't even win and they suspend your account and everyone else that lives at your address . I told them I'm not paying for something I didn't win . The person who got the unit should have covered that.. they was trying to get paid twice!!! And they have people bidding for them. Ghost bidders!!! As I can tell they have a lot of bad reviews. And they are all true . They have some good facilities they bid for so I can't say anything bad about the facilities just this company they got doing the bidding . Maybe one day they will all switch to lockerfox or storage auctions.. they are alot better to deal with . .I wouldn't even leave them one star if I didn't have to .

  I called Storage Treasures due a declined card due to avs or a address error. I tried to resolve it through storage treasures site for over 30 minutes but I needed help. A rep for storage treasures told me "no, I can't help you because you aren't a PRO bidder. I have been a customer over 8 years! This is not good business. You were attempting to charge me $80.00 in a buyer fee but refuse to help me on the phone and that is poor service. I won't be using your site in future.

  Because I was evicted from CubeSmart - a self storage facility located in ************* - because I was on the premises after hours - my belongings were transfered to this auctioneer for sale on-line Because I owed no money to CubeSmart and also because I am a senior citizen who is physically disabled and poverty stricken as well I promptly notified this business and requested a cancelation of the auction I also advised that I was suffering an infection as well and was being hospitalized at that time Since then I have been lied to by Storage Treasures and CubeSmart as both are claiming they do not know the whereabouts of my belongings which I believe were transfered to Pennnsylvania No one at Storage Treasures is adequately answering my desperate inquiries and I am left wandering about on an expensive frustrating "treasure ****" for my possessions and the happy memories they represent The e-mails which are directed to me are incoherent and fraudalent

  This site is a scam, once I realized I was bidding against an AI who just instantly would out bid me within a seconds time and says someone has bid higher than you, bid again... F$&@ ALL THAT!!! I'm deleting my account now... Good luck y'all.

My WIFE AND I BOUGHT A UNIT FOR 5K IT HAD ALL THESE AMAZING BOXES FROM ALL THESE MAJOR RETAILERS AND WHEN WE OPENED THEM THEY WERE ALL EMPTY! THEN WE FOUND A FRESH BAG OF GRAPEFRUIT IN THERE! YEP FRESH NO MORE THEN A WEEK OLD! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IT WAS A LIEN LOCKER NOT A MANAGER UNIT! IT TAKES 3 MONTHS TO GO TO AUCTION! WHEN WE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE AT PUBLIC STORAGE ALSO HUGE CROOKS! THEY HAD LOCKED THE OFFICE AT 9:30 AM AND WOULDN'T LET US IN! WE CALLED STORAGE TREASURES AND THEY DID NOTHING OF COURSE!
