I recently went to ABC Nissan to buy a used car that I had laid all the guidelines out for before I even got there and was talked into a vehicle a brand new vehicle that I did not want essentially but was promised that everything would be fine I was financed I was approved and that there would be no issue yada yada yada come to find out that's not the case and my pay stubs weren't enough they wanted bank statements and I don't think that I ****** prior to that they would need any of this stuff they assured me no and I don't feel like they need to see where all of my money goes so we agreed on the car would come back and they would pick it up and I would get my down payment back well now that they've picked up the vehicle they're refusing to give my down payment back I have messages from the salesman and the financing director stating that the his GM would be giving me my money back and I even said that they were going to play a game and do this and sure enough here we are and now they're refusing to give my money back I have tons of text messages back and forth where they say and then go against it and I need help getting my money back I'm a single mom I was trying to get a new car and get my life back and they want to go and do this
