3 starsI purchased a brand new 2019 ****** with 11miles on it in August 2019, the car has been amazing. However about 6 months later until now Ive repeatedly received constant calls from sales **** trying to pry my car away from me because the demand for the used vehicle market is so high and they know I have very low mileage for the age of my car, so they can sell it to someone for near original MRSP. Ive repeatedly told them no and to stop calling, yet they still call. Ive blocked their numbers at this point because Im not about to start from square 1 with car payments when Im 3 payments away from owning the car outright.Review fromSandra E

1 starI traded in my vehicle and bought a newer vehicle with this dealership. The contract was redone three times. They did not back up what they told us. In the last contract they stated they had to **** the numbers but it was basically the same contract. They sent the salesperson to our home to sign the last contract. We specifically told her that we put no money down and was told that they just rearranged the contract so we could get the car. The bank that i had my previous car sent me a letter telling me there was money owed to me from the warranty and to make sure I got a hold of them to get my refund. The warranty company told me that they had no record that I had the extended warranty. I told them it was in my contract. I called back and got a different agent that research the account and was told that the dealership got the money. I am not sure if that's legal but i really feel that was very underhanded. Had I known that I would have went elsewhere. They preceded to inform me my older car was no longer available.Review fromBlanca L

1 starIf I could rate it zero stars I would . Horrible customer service ! Not even 3 days after I purchased my vehicle the check engine light came on . All they did was reset it and it came on again . Not even an explanation as to what was the issue, at first I was dismissed with my concerns. Then apologized to, due to the service department being dismissive . Mind you I havent even made my first payment . What saddens me more is I traded in my challenger and put $3000 down . My challenger had less than ***** miles .i needed a family car. *** never regretted doing business with a company as much as I do now. Unprofessional as they tried to blame it on the service department . Unsatisfied customer . simply unprofessional as a whole business. First one of the associates was very helpful, but did not communicate well when it came to dropping my car off. Im an existing customer that has felt that my business did not matter I feel like my money was just taken, and I was given a faulty product.Review fromDavid R

1 starBought a 2014 **** Focus that had a bad transmission. Their 'test' drive is so short I didn't notice the bad transmission until after the paperwork was signed. After it was signed I began to notice a ton of issues, took it back and they claimed they had no idea how to fix it. So I took it to **** next door who came back with a $10k plus repair bill. *** put in a new clutch but only flushed the ****** not addressing the root cause of metal shavings in the fluid and spilled oil all over the new dry clutch, thus ruining it. Took it back, they throw in a junk used transmission with the same issues. Take it back AGAIN and they refuse to do anything else to it. Sold the car at a defict and they still call and mail me regularly for offers. No one I know will EVER buy from *** again. I'll make sure of it and if you're reading this, you shouldn't either. This experience was so irritating that I will NEVER buy a **** or a nissan ever again.Review fromOrlando .

1 starIf I could leave 0 stars I would. I left this review on ******* but Im leaving it here too. About four years ago, when I was 18, I wanted to see if I'd be able to get a car. I went in with a friend to ABC Nissan and was greeted by the receptionist, or whoever was at the desk in the front, who then sent us over to a salesperson. They went over my budget and whatnot with me and told me to go out and look at cars, and that he'd be with us soon. So, my friend and I went and looked around, and after a very long time (well over 30 minutes), I finally decided to go up to the salesperson who was assigned to us, but he completely ignored me. He acted as if I didn't exist. He chose to speak to other people rather than me, even though he had told me to take a look at the vehicles and he'd meet up with us. I ended up going back inside and telling the person sitting there that he had been ignoring us, and they went to speak with him, I believe, and he told them something along the lines of, "I thought they were leaving." I was then assigned another salesperson. She asked about our trade-in, and I gave her the keys to the vehicle, and she gave them to someone else to inspect the car. I knew the rates for cars would not be great since I had no credit at 18. But after looking at cars "within my budget," I decided not to purchase a vehicle at the time because of interest rates. But they kept constantly going back and forth trying to get me to buy the car, even though I said no multiple times. Once the person who had inspected the car came in and finally decided to give back the keys, they gave it to the salesperson, who then held onto them for a while since she was still trying to convince me to buy a car, rather than actually giving them to me so I could leave, despite me repeatedly telling them no. Both my friend and I were actually terrified because we werent sure if theyd give back my keys so we could get out of that godforsaken hellhole.Review fromLisa H.

1 starFast paced sales bamboozled my mother and aunt (84 and 70). They didnt accept my mothers old car, which is less than 5 years old, and sold them a car so fast using excitement tactics (a gong and confetti and cheering and clapping staff). This a bad car dealership with zero morals. They were told to go sell their old car or give it back to the bank, without telling them that they of course would still be on the the line for the old sale contract outstanding amount! They dont know how to sell a car!Review fromWhitleigh H

1 starDO NOT BUY A USED *** FROM HERE. I bought my cars less than 3 months ago BOTH have broken and one car has already been in the shop 3x for MAJOR repairs."Corroded/ too much rust/ etc " under the *** WHICH REQUIRES MASSIVE REPAIRS (all which I have on recordings and admission That they don't understand how it's this bad yet was sold!) Mind you I have put under 3k miles put on the one that is In the shop now Each person I talk to from the sales reps to the 'head of used car sales' don't understand how it's broken with so few miles put on it- l'Il tell you how-THEY ARE NOT INSPECTING THE ***S THEY SELL YOU. STAY AWAY if you'd like to avoid the hassle that me and so Many others say they've gone through ! To be honest i would advise that you would probably be better buying at a buy here pay here place at this point- anywhere BUT here. And I'm making sure I let everyone I bump into know thatReview fromAaron R

1 starDishonest dealership! Made all kinds of promises when I bought the vehicle that never happened. Forced me to buy the Zatek protection on a car that the paint was already faded and damaged. I go in for the 6 month application and they tell me that the car needs to be cleaned before they can apply it. That would have been nice to know when I made the appointment.Review fromtodd a
