Bought 2018 Kia *** on 6/4/23 Scammers, liars, incompetent, terrible customer service, and these are polite words for the abysmal experience I have had buying a car from these crooks, specifically ***** and *****. Way undervalued for my trade in, ripped off price wise (intially told 15K but nowover18K), lied about being able to guarantee a cheap insurance price, didn't disclose that full coverage was required and lied stating it was the law, and had to purchase a steering wheel club lock in order togetany insurance as it is considered a theft risk. Missing a hubcap almost a month after purchase and they lied about ordering said part and only ordered today, trunk wouldn't open and service was reluctant to make an appointment, trunk was supposedly fixed but after opening and closing once the trunk won't open again. The list of complaints go on and on.Please beware and go elsewhere if you want good products or service, because you won't find it there!

In June 25 2023 I was call es by salesperson ******* from Camelback Toyota. She said she found the car that I was looking for, a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid Vin number *****************. I got off work early by 2 hours, to see the car, because she said it would not last. When I arrived I met ******* out front of the business, she said the car was at another lot because it had barely arrived 2 hours before I arrived. We went to the lot where the car was off loaded and prepared for the sale. I test drive the car and told ******* that I wanted to buy it. She said great! We then took the car back to the dealer, where we negotiated a price of $47k out the door. I then let ******* start the contract, gave her my Social Security number to run my credit check and start the contract. We shook hands as a deal was made. She had me initial the paperwork for her manager as I agreed on the price. I then told ******* to give me the cars *** number that I could call my insurance to get the car added to my policy as I was ready to sign off and take it home. ******* agreed and gave me the *** number. I called my insurance and they sent me ID cards. After waiting for about 15 minutes, ******* came back with her manager and said the car had been sold! Im seeking my lost time from work of 2 hours at $55.50 an hour gas for going there and back, my time spent, the damage to my credit for them running a credit check, and an apology for them doing that to me. And the embarrassment that I went through with my family, after I told them I was coming home with a new car.

To whom it may concern: I have been a customer of ********************** since 2020. I was very happy with my sales rep and the process of getting a lease. Recently I have been extremely annoyed at the unprofessionalism of the sales reps. I am writing to bring this to your attention.Back in April I went to Toyota to get a car for my son in addition to my lease I have with them. They wanted time and made the prowess awful. I made one phone call to courtesy Chevrolet went and signed and picked up a car without the ************************* has been sending me letters to come in and get in on a new lease. I tried back in January and they wasted my time . So I didnt want to go back. He sent an other letter and this time I called . I told them please give me what is the option to buy and what is to lease a new one. A week went by and I got an email saying to come on in they have numbers for me. I asked them to email so I can look over but I got no response. I then called this mornin and they said well I have to come in and do a credit check. Why tell me you have numbers and then say credit check. At this point I dont think I will do business with them. My intentions are that someone in a hire position needs to be aware of the situation.I called and I am on hold to speak to ******************* for ************************************** To be clear my problem isnt with him its the sales guys that dont do work.

On ***************************************************************************** to do a trade-in but they have NEVER mentioned anything about the negative rolliver. Well, this happened at least 4 times as they keep calling and I was not aware of my ~$20k in negative equity being rolled over from one car to the next. They have never explained this to me. I am concerned about their practices because we keep getting harassing marketing calls from them to make a new trade-in. Im done with these thieves, their blurry practices and I just dont want anyone to fall on their games anymore. This is so unfair.

I contacted this dealership about buying a new vehicle and was not satisfied with their in-house policies. I kindly advised them that we will not be a good match and I will shop somewhere else. Should have been the end of it.It wasn't. Now the salesperson and the Sales Manager is blowing up my inbox, after I was forced to be direct and advise them to stop contacting me. It is to the point of them being belligerent and obnoxious. I've called down there and insisted to speak with someone about the staff's behavior, but of course, no one is available.I told them if they contacted me one more time, I'd be informing the BBB. They acknowledged my words and sent three more emails telling me how they do not want to sell me a truck. SMH. It's as if these 2 were children competing to get the last word in. They must be bored today. I'm not. I'm at work and I will not tolerate being harassed.

I purchased a brand new 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from Camelback Toyota in July of 2022. On April 24th the vehicle had delayed acceleration from a stop and then a couple of hours later, accelerated on its own in stop and go traffic when my foot was not on the gas. This being a huge safety issue, I took it to Camelback Toyota the next day working with Service Advisor ***********************. He advised they had to work with Toyota corporate because this is a hybrid vehicle. Camelback Toyota has had the car for a week, and told me they wont give me a loaner until they identify an issue but wont release the car to me due to it being a safety issue. I havent a call back from **** or his director in days. On Saturday, April 29th, **** admitted he forgot to talk to his director about my vehicle. When I spoke to another advisor today, May 1st, he advised I am good to pick up the car with no repairs being done claiming it was a radio issue. I am receiving no communication and this is a major safety issue. If my vehicle accelerates into another vehicle causing an accident, Toyota will likely deny liability.

We bought a 2022 ***** Colorado Z71 .There were a few issues when we test drove the sales person said would be fixed prior to our purchase, we found out all the issues were still there when we drove home that day.since then we have had the vehicle in the shop @ least 5 xs still a couple of the issues remain. One is the stereo is still having an electrical problem that Toyota supposedly didn't find in their pre-owned much advertised inspection-then didn't disclose that they found it after we brought it in &were having issues with the "premium stereo system" that didn't have Any sound at all to this day is still randomly shutting off while on a call or turning a corner.they said they had to put in speakers first but then when I req'd ppwrk they admitted it was actually the electrical but it's still not fixed. The lighters I need for a forward facing camera still don't work it was in the shop for these issues multiple times..something is making the fuses blow is what we were told but no explanation. We were left waiting hours &hours at the service center beentreated very poorly by *********************************** &Andre ****** as well as Vans Chev we were pawned off on,we've been ignored since feb20th.we are requesting a loaner of some kind while they have the vehicle in the shop for the 6th time we don't want to have to work with their vendor we shouldn't have been told to stop calling the place we bought the car & start calling their vendor,we don't have a relationship with *** ***** that means they don't want to accommodate us.i have tried to work with Toyota to not avail We were never told there is a chip we need& not put on the list because of it. we still have no confirmation that Toyota put our vehicle on the list for the chip-it was not disclosed we were not given a chip prior to our purchase.we can't even get confirmation what the chip is for.The backup camera doesn't beep when someone is behind you- we think that is due to the ************* can't stay connected also

Prepare yourself. Long rant ahead. I am not one to take time out my day to write reviews on any sort of platform however, my experience with Camelback Toyota has been so grossly horrific that if I can even save one person some time and humiliation this will be worth it. I found a car I wanted online, came in and met ***, my sales person, and went through the whole process. During which I was called literally stupid by the financial ******** ***** when I didnt opt in to purchase the extended warranty. His sales tactics were aggressive and incredibly insulting. He spoke to me like I was just some stupid woman who didnt know anything. He at one point said to me he wasnt going to feel bad for me when my car broke down and I had no warranty. Mind you and Im a single woman by myself in here. I wish I would have studied my gut and walked out right then. Several other very inappropriate comments were made by members of the sales team about me and about other female clients which I stupidly let slide for the sake of building rep-or. During the test drive the tire sensor light threw an error code indicating one of the sensors was broken/missing. *** assured me this would be handled no problem. I also asked if they could manage to turn off the auto stop. *** assured me they would. All I needed to do was make an appointment with the service department. I went home with my new vehicle the same day. A week later I get a call advising the financing had not been finalized. I called and emailed for a week trying to figure out what was going on. No response from multiple employees. ***, *********** had quit by this point after expressing what a horrible environment this place was. After going back and forth they ended up raising my monthly payment over a hundred dollars and my interest rate went through the roof. I had already traded in my old car at this point and didnt really have an option. Fast forward a week or so, I finally get around to calling the service department to make my appointment and they tell me *** never documented anything and that theyd have to get back to me. I was told to get in contact with ***** Sals boss. After weeks of chasing **** down I finally get the green light and they tell me to come in for the work. I come in and about three hours later they advise it will be out of pocket. I have to explain yet again that it was supposed to be covered. Im in tears at this point because I feel like Im just being jerked around and treated like s*** **** in the service department assured me well get to the bot of this. I leave in hope of getting it sorted with another million phone calls. After several weeks and calls back and forth I get the green light to come in and have the work done again. So I hurry in for an early weekday appointment before I start my own job just for them to tell me its not covered. AGAIN.

Went into this dealership on 3/5/23. Was there for a total of 7 hours. 4 hours was waiting for the finance manager *******. Told I was approved for a car. Settled in a 2021 used car. Signed all the paperwork electronically. ******* kept adding the Gap plus coverage after I took it off the contract 2xs. Paid extra for their insurance to be able to take the car home that night. Asked for 4 days to email me the contract. Finally received that. Then the phone calls came from 3 different people wanting my paystubs. I was clear with them and told them I just started a job and gave them my offer letter that day. Fast forward to 2 weeks later. Sent 2 paystubs in. Still getting calls from people I didnt deal with about them. No one there communicates. Then on 3/16/23 I went in to sign papers only to find out that I wasnt really approved and dont know where they go the interest rate, monthly payment, and total I signed on the retail agreement. Went in and was told I had to put down $3k ir look for a cheaper car. Completely shady, deceiving. I wanted to speak to the finance director *** who apparently didnt want to deal with a customer. I have them the keys back and left. This place promises you everything only to try to get money out of you. How can a dealership say that it is an ******* Law that you can take the car, drive the car for almost 3 weeks when you really dont have an approval from a bank? Sent me credit out and my credit went down 30pts because they all hard hit it. I called an attorney and no it isnt a law. Its called shady business the attorney said. They treat people there with lies and make you wait. Send you to a dimly lit office after your hungry and exhausted, sign forms on a tablet without and explanation all to get money out of you. Buyer beware. They are liers, deceiving, shady ****** who s**** people out of their money. Worst dealership ever. The owners should be ashamed. No management had the guts to come talk to a Woman. Not professional. Hope they get what is coming to them. A Lawsuit. A retail contract is nothing but papers to burn cause its not a real contract
