I would run from this dealership. I wish I had. Made the mistake of listening to what they said instead of what they wrote. I know my fault but there is a reason i don't want to disclose but part of it is what makes me a disabled veteran. They added things I didn't notice they had charged me extra for and claimed I agreed to them with full knowledge. My communication with them prior clearly indicates that was not the case. Then tried to say well we do that with all our vehicles but they hadn't even been added when the purchase was made because the vehicle was being taking off the delivery truck when i arrived so they snuck in the cost during purchase and added after purchase then claimed they deserved to be compensated. If I said I didn't want lojack, nitrogen tires, and lifetime tint before I went because of the extra charge why would I suddenly agree? Especially when i knew they hadn't even been added yet. That was not even everything just part. I attempted to resolve my issue by having provide maintenance worth half the overcharge and the said it might be worth an oil change. I would laugh at how ridiculous it was had they not been serious.Review from Derek D

The dealership has had my vehicle (a 2019 ***** Blazer) three times this summer for a repair that they cannot pinpoint. The vehicle flashes ESC/parking assist on the dashboard and loses power driving down the road. When I pull over, shut off the vehicle, and restart, the vehicle will not upshift. At this point they have had my vehicle for over eight weeks total time. They lack follow up in communicating regarding the status of any potential repair. The first time the vehicle was in, I asked for appraisal on it for the purchase of a new car. They would not give me the appraisal over the phone and insisted I come in to see them. I will say the dealership has paid my rental fees while the vehicle has been in for the undetermined, as of yet, repair. The lack of communication is my main concern with them and not being able to pinpoint the repair needed, along with not being transparent on a trade in value. I have also heard from other ***** owners, they have experienced similar problems on model years around 2019. At this point, despite being a loyal ***** owner, I will not be purchasing another one of their vehicles.Review from Jesslyn M

This company has given us the run around. We purchased a vehicle less than two weeks ago and we have had so many problems. First off there was an electrical issue with the car. I spend two days trying to get a hold of someone, when I finally did I was told to bring it in. They told me they would have to send it out to ****** to get fix and someone would be in touch about a loaner because they couldn't get it then? Went back to work, no one called so I call again at 3pm. They said I'll call back in 5, they didn't call back until 7:30pm and said my loaner was ready only after writing an email. Got the loaner, called me in the next day to exchange due to selling, got another loaner, called in me 2 days to exchange. At this point I don't want the car and want to be done with them. We drop the second loaner and speak with someone. They were willing to compensate (money) for the trouble. Can't do it now cause GM was not there. Wrote a review on ****** and finally got a GM involved. Seemed like he was going to fix the problems. Saw the note about the compensation. Brought up the review, and asked us to change it. We said when the car is back we will think about editing it. Picked up car electrical was fixed, but there was a back order part. Asked about the check and he said once you take down the review we will cut you a check because it wasn't in writing. This company communication is terrible within and they do not care about their customers. They have fixed the issues we have had, after talking to far to many people and getting GM involved who bribed us with money to take down a bad review. Do not go here. They will not honor the things they tell you about being a family owned dealership.Review from Caroline T

On 9/5/24 I was sold an Equinox LS FWD. I received a 2K trade-in for my 2014 ****** and paid a 5K downpayment. The first week the check engine light came on. I was told it would go off on its own. I didnt get the chance to do a test drive before they started on the financing paperwork. I have complained about the A/C smell Im experiencing after the Auto Stop comes back on. I also have an air whooshing sound coming from front passenger window when driving on the freeway. I am a Senior woman, and went to the dealership alone, which I feel made me an easy target for a quick sale. The customer service I have received since purchasing the car has been sub par at best. I dont feel my concerns are being taken seriously about the issues I have with a new car! Im wondering what else is going to show up before my ****** warranty expires. I also had to pay $140 for a rental car while they had my car for oil change and A/C system check for 2 days. They told me they didnt have a loaner for me. The dealership staff have questionable sales tactics, and no genuine concern for the customer when car problems are brought to their attention. Think twice about shopping at this dealership!Review from Amica P

********, they dont work with you and they will sell you a lemon car. There Al about making commission then getting you into a car that liable for your family. If you have a problem with your car they wont work with you. They rather you trade the car in and ask for more money and you might need a co-signer. Had my car for I believe 2yrs and its been giving me problems ever since and now its broken down and the dealership wont do nothing about it. If I can give them a 0 I would. Do not buy from them. A cousin of my bought from them as well and her car had problems too.Courtesy Chevrolet Response

I am sorry you feel that way, but we are happy to have our Jeep store take a look at your vehicle at no charge to try and determine what happened.Review from Juan V.

I'll never be doing business with Courtesy ever again. After agreeing to a set monthly payment signing for it, I get a call a week later saying I need to come in and sign again for a different payment and interest rate. Sold me a vehicle with a loud engine noise, took it to them for them to just send to another dealership. I show them the problem right in front of their face but they just use any tactic to get me out of the store. It's crazy how before you agree on a deal they're willing to lend you any car on the lot but as soon as you've purchased a vehicle and need help from them they can care less. This isn't a business about family or wanting to help just to s**** your overCourtesy Chevrolet Response

We have spoken to **** about his truck. He is concerned about a noise that he hears, because it may an issue down the road. There is no issue with his truck he purchased in May 2022. The truck has been to a local **** store twice and they found no issue. We also put a OBD scanner for any type of mechanical failure and it came back all systems are good to go. His is worried about the warranty on the truck that expires soon and he wants something fixed that is not an issue. **** chose not to purchase and extended warranty at the time of the sale in May 2022. If there is any issue between now and when the warranty expires in May or by exceeding the ***** miles allowed (whichever comes first), the warranty would still be in effect.Customer Response

That's kind of crazy to say there's nothing wrong with the vehicle knowing the noise in hearing is definitely not normal, it's really noticeable and it was noticed when I purchased at your store and I was told whatever I wanted to hear just so you guys could make a sale. Now that I have proof and paperwork stating that I've taken it in twice and I was told it's the turbos by ****. What more proof do you need? Your store should just own up to selling me this lemon and get it fixed for me. Instead of giving me the run around on where I need to go and yo take it to other dealerships and what not. A more simple solution to this problem would have been for you guys to actually evaluate the vehicles you guys put on your lot. I know for a fact there's an issue with my vehicle and I know for a fact that the noise has increased drastically. All I know is I had the exact same vehicle same mileage and drivetrain and did not hear anything like the noise that's coming out of the vehicle you sold me.Review from Res S

The worst customer service and experience trying to buy new vehicle. Got the run around, was told multiple times they would keep me updated on status but was never contacted unless I contacted them or they were trying to upsell me to a different vehicle. (By the manager). I had a vehicle reserved for months, finally I just went to another dealer and purchased a vehicle (which was a great experience) and miraculously the day after I left a message stating I purchased another vehicle, the vehicle I put money down and reserved showed up.(on a holiday no less) Dont waste your time. Shady business practices, very poor customer service. I would give negative stars if I could.Review from Betsy A.

Our company has been a vendor of Courtesy Chevrolet Fleet for many years and over that time have had good and bad experiences. Usually we were able to resolve any issues internally but recently Courtesy Chevrolet Fleet has crossed a line that is irreparable. As a result from their staff being over worked and under supported their customer service and business ethics have severely deteriorated. Courtesy Chevrolet Fleet is in the process of unwinding a deal that they were brokering for us and I was informed about it from a third party, they have not yet called to confirm this course of action. The deal fell apart when I requested two items from them that they were unwilling to share. The first item was a payoff letter they received in order to confirm the payoff amount our company was responsible for. Courtesy Chevrolet Fleet simply sent me the amount in a text message and ignored multiple requests for the official document. The second item was an itemized receipt for fees in the amount of $5,372. When this was requested I was told, and I quote, "We do not have the time [for] all the back and forth." and when I went to upper management I was still denied an itemized receipt and it was decided by Courtesy Chevrolet Fleet that the deal that had already been funded would be unwinded because our company refused to pay the hidden, unitemized fees. On top of all this, when Courtesy Chevrolet Fleets finance manager called the loan broker to inform her of the unwinding he proceeded to make unfounded accusations about my personal financial situation creating an uncomfortable and highly unprofessional situation for everyone involved.
