Horrific customer service! I went with my 24 year old son who just graduated from ****************** to purchase his first "real" car. He found a used 2020 Nissan Versa. We were told by the salesman Ma-************* (JP) that was in the back being worked on for air bags. My son decided he wanted to purchase this vehicle and put a $2,000 deposit on the car, signed all the paperwork with the exception of 1 page (as he was not finalizing anything until the car was test driven and looked over). The sales person JP said the car would be ready in a week. 3 weeks later we finally received a call for JP that the car would be ready the next day. We went to the dealer with a friend who is a mechanic to check the car over because it was a final sale and wanted to make sure the car was in good shape. We found out the car was sold the night before to someone else. After waiting hours we were told this! I of course was upset but the manager *********************** told me that since the one of the forms wasn't signed they could do whatever they want with the vehicle. THIS TO ME WAS UNBELIEVABLE. Of course I was upset and was telling the manager he needed to do something to make this right He told me to get out of his office or he would call the police. And threatened not to give my son his money back! My son and I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY. I called to speak to the general manager but there isn't one right now and *********************** is all I had to work with. Needless to say my days with Midway Nissan are over and would NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. AND TRULY DO NOT CARE! The Manager *********************** needs to be reprimanded for his lack of professionalism and lack of customer service.Business response

By far one of the most unprofessional and rudest dealerships I have EVER dealt with..There are issues with my contract .. The vehicle price is ***** $ over the price that I was told They added a 1535$ warranty that I declined and did NOT sign for to the listed price.. and when I called about the issue the fiance **** is nothing but rude/disrespectful ..Also...I Purchased my car on July 1st and after going in for an ** repair my car has had nothing but issues and has been back multiple times 1st time the car went back because the tech didn't fill coolant all the way after working on the car and it overheated..2nd time the car overheated due to a pinched line ?And now the car has going back for the 4th time because the ** is making an awful noise and something is causing my RMP to run high when though I'm parked or at a stop.. I've tried reaching out to customer service 3 different times and I received NO answer .. This place is a scamBusiness response
