    I ordered a new battery from Ewheels several weeks ago. The charge came through on my credit card (almost twice as much as quoted) but haven't seen the battery nor any communication from the company. No reply to my many emails and phone calls. I'm not confident I'll see the battery or my money back. Having read some other reviews, I feel fortunate that I'm not out nearly as much as other customers!**** *.

    I responded to a group of customers who all owned ******************** scooters. Report was that none of the 5 scooters would go even half the distance claimed by the company. Customers also reported that the company was slow to respond to them with these concerns. I, as a mobility dealer, tested all of them and found the motors all to be deficient among other electrical problems. After 3 attempts to get the company to help, I gave up. The company would not even return emails or phone to calls to me! I was forced to make the decision to cease all business with Ewheels and will never sell or service their machines ever again. Their customer service is worse than their products, which are clearly inferior to others that I do sell, and highly endorse to my customers. Sorry, ********************, but I can't give you the score you deserve, which is zero. It's bad enough to leave your customers in the lurch, but to ignore your dealers?! I can't say enough about how horrible this company makes me feel. We are in this business to help those in the disability community; the proof is in the products we endorse. These guys are a big NO!

    We bought the ewheels46 scooter. It never ran right from the first day. Then when the battery was low , it would not charge. Called to get help and was told we needed to take a video of the scooter running after trying to charge it. My husband is 86 and needs a reliability scooter, I had to try to drive it and video at the same time, which was not safe, Then send it in a email. It would not send . So after many calls they sent new batteries which we had to take out 4 batteries and but 4 back in. It ran for awhile but never right , made funny noises even before we got the new batteries. Time to charge again it would not charge . Many more phone calls and emails . Would not get back to us. I called the sales line and they would answer, but not the support line. The sales guy would say there are others who need support and I would need to be patient and wait for the support people to call me. Which I never got a call back , till I disputed it with credit card company. Do not buy from this company , I do not want anyone to have to go through what me and my husband had to with this company

    Several of us senior citizens purchased ewheels mobility scooters a few years ago. Last year, they all started losing power (Each was about $4,000). We contacted their service department and received no help. The people in this department didn't return calls or emails in a timely manner or at all. We are now without the use of our scooters.No ewheels technicians are in our area (************ in ********'s UP).We want our scooters fixed or our money back.

    E10 mobility scooter. They ship out without sending good batteries in them. They do not get the mileage per charge or go as fast as they say. Batteries quit after **** miles and will not charge back up. This is ridiculous to pay 2 thousand dollars for something that quits running completely after only putting 25 miles on it. I just dont want any other elderly people to get ripped off. Or anyone else for that matter. Never buy this product from this company or any place else.

    Never buy from this company. We purchased the ***M34 scooter form Ewheels and in a short time the rear axle developed a noise. They replaced it with another one but this one would not stay in nuteral if we had to push it. By this time it was close to the 1 year waranty and I did not get it notified to them in time. Then the computer on it I will call it would beep 7 times and it would not move at all. I purchased a new axle and they said it needed a throttle control so price was ****** for axle and throttle control. I paid and Recieved the parts and the axle was not even for this scooter and the throttle control was not either as it had 3 prongs and ours had 2 prongs. After several contacts to them by email and with the phone but they never answer the phone but to leave a message. Hardly ever replies back . Finally they send another throttle control but did not fix the proiblem. Still have the wrong axle and the other throttle control that is wrong and never would give authorization to send it back or a label. Now again after several emails they send out a speed control which they said was the part it needed and again not the one for this scooter. It also had 3 prongs and ours has 2 . then later they send out the bolt to hold down the battery as I explained to them had to manufacture a system to hold the battery down but I never wanted this part. Now after all this I filed a complaint to the credit card and received the ****** from them . Only used this scooter a few times . We are out ****** and have a piece of junk . I contacted a few places near me and they will not even work on them from this company. If they have a repair comany then they should have a list of all in the country with address and phone number. Hard to believe they have been in business this long.

    Stay far away from this company. They are not interested in helping you. They are only interested in selling their awful products. My 80 yr old dad purchased a mobility scooter from this company February 2023. He started having issues with the scooter. First of all when you call their company you have to always leave a message for someone to get back to you. When the service **** finally returns your call, they are never able to help you. They suggest that you take it somewhere to get fixed and they dont compensate you for anything.Why would a brand new scooter that cost an elderly person almost $3000 have any issues? Its losing power when he drives and they said its the battery but of course they told me the warranty expired on the battery. So he spent $800 for a new battery and its still having the same issue. When we called them back, they were very rude and not helpful. In fact they told that its normal to lose power. I tried to connect them with a technician that is working on the scooter but they were very impatient and refused to even wait until we were able to speak to the technician. Long story short, DO YOUR LOVED ONES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    If I could give eWheels zero stars I would. I bought an EW-72 in August 2022 and it was quirky from the get go and only worked at all until October 2022. We're now at September 2023 and it has been out for repairs the ENTIRE TIME between October and now, with multiple new parts required, including basically the entire electrical system. Part of the problem has been *************, the company I was sent to by Ewheels for repairs under warranty, which assigned a technician who has been intermittently *** for months at a time, but now the ************* technician has determined the unit can't be fixed and needs a replacement and it's silence from EWheels. I would never ever buy a unit from EWheels again.

    I ordered and received the ***29 a couple years ago and I have not been able to ride it. The part: S29-019 Back Axle Assembly is broken and was put on back order November 2022. Today I wrote them AGAIN (about the 6th time) and AGAIN I was told its on back order and could be another 2-3 months. This is completely ridiculous. First, that they didnt order it until Nov 2022 when the warranty was out. Second, I cant get the part anywhere else! So I am completely out of a couple THOUSAND dollars and have an electric trike just sitting in my garage gathering dust and taking up room. Do NOT buy from this company!!!

    I wish I would have read the reviews before paying $4000 for our ewheels 54. We purchased this for my disable son so that he would have some independence and could get back and forth from work. He ran over a nail and it has been sitting in our garage for over 3 months. E-Wheels first said that they don't sell the tire. Then when I got in touch with someone else from customer service and they ordered the tires for me ($400 for 2). They said it was on backorder for 3 months. It has been over 3 months and I still haven't received them. I asked ************, the representative, about our tire order and she said that she can refund my money. That doesn't help us at all. She did not even try to help. The parts to E-Wheels 54 are impossible to find so basically you are throwing $4000 away if anything at all is wrong with your scooter. The product itself isn't bad, but it's not worth purchasing from this company. It is a rip off. We were only able to use it for 6 months before the tire went flat and the battery went dead. We replaced the batteries at Batteries Plus which also cost us $400. Not a good company and not good customer service.

    We have these tires in stock, they can easily be found through other online retailers, and two tires are nowhere near $400 or even half of this cost. Please ************** us directly if you require replacement tires.

    I have already paid for the tires. I have also contacted EWheels directly multiple times. I am happy to forward the email chain, where ***** explained to me that these tires are NOT in stock, yet she took my payment. What is your contact information?
