If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is a scam. I bought something from their online store around Christmas. I received an email that my 3 month rewards program going to be charged. It was $*****. When I went to their website I see that I was charged ***** in Janruary for the same rewards program. I was able to get a refund for the *****. The customer service *** told me that I had agreed to the rewards program when I purchased the origional item in December. I do not remember seeing anything about a rewards program and would not have bought anything if I had known they were going to continue charging me after the fact.Gear Elevation

This company is completely underhanded. I feel taken advantage of. I bought a $7 dollar item and received an invoice for $7 dollars. Two weeks later i see a $69.99 dollar AMEX charge saying i must have clicked a button for membership. Than tell me why it was not included on the invoice? It is completely underhanded. I called and emailed, they informed me they could only refund me half the costs, but I see here they refunded entire costs and I am obviously not the first ****** or last this has happened to. I will continue to fight this until I am refunded the complete amount.Gear Elevation

I should have known this was a fraud from the 3 delay notices I got on shipping, to the fact that walking sticks were advertised but a single walking stick was delivered, to the gimmicks employed when I tried to return it, and the fact that the address was found not to exist when when I insisted on going through with the return. I threatened to call my credit card company and they finally gave me my money back. Will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau. After a one-time purchase, this company enrolled me in a "Rewards" program that I in no way would have agreed to and charged $69.99 as a recurring charge every three months. I recognized the charge and tried to cancel the "membership". The website says to do this via the "manage subscription" button which does not exist anywhere on the website. I had to call the company to disenroll in the program and dispute the fraudulent charge with the credit card. Very underhanded, unethical, and fraudulent.Gear Elevation

I purchased a chair a few weeks ago online and after it never showing up online to be tracked I contacted support. After a week of corresponding with them telling me it was being escalated to their fulfillment Department I got an email today saying they want me to pay an extra $250 just for shipping. Ordered 2 pairs of gloves on 2/21/25. The website claims items are shipped within 24 hours. As of today, 3/8/25, nothing received. When I went online to check the status, I noticed my cart indicated I had also "purchased" something called Gear Elevation Rewards, which has a fee of $69.99 every 3 months. What the heck!!!! It took me a good 15 minutes to figure out how to cancel this "service" I would have never signed up for. Run far and fast from this ************.Gear Elevation
