      I purchased 3 necklaces and tracking numbers for 2 turtles and 1 shark for my kids for Easter. Upon receiving them the codes only worked for 6 months and then never worked again. The necklaces broke within one week of having them. I have contacted the twice once to get the codes because we moved and they did not work then. I have emailed again with no response and their website is down.

      Ocean Project is selling bracelets to track sea turtles. You buy a bracelet and they send you a laminated card with the turtles name and a QR code to scan/website to visit to track it. The website does not work and constantly shows an error with nowhere to resolve the issue. This was a gift for a child who is very disappointed and this was clearly a scam. This site and business are taking money for services offered elsewhere online for free and claiming it is their business. They dont track anything and simply send a bracelet with ******** that looks like an animal selected. Awful experience and sad for my kid.

      We purchased a Turtle charm that claims it has a chip that the wearer can track the Turtle it is setup to track. The purchase will help fund saving Turtles. We purchased it under my wifes name ***********************. It was placed on June 2nd 2022. Their website claims items ship within 3-6 business days. Its been almost 1 month.I have emailed them three times with the same response I feel is an auto response. That they have escalated my inquiry with the highest priority. When I have called 3 times I was placed on hold only to eventually be told that due to COVID there are no customer service reps to take my call and goodbye. During the hold they say the quickest response is via email. So its been a vicious cycle with NO solution.

      On april 25th 2022 I purchased 2 bracelets with priority shipping from oceanproject.co for a total of 43 USD and never recieved thing,I'm still waiting for a response from the company not to mention my order (Order no. ******) doesnt even show ** in the website's order tracker.

      Purchased an item on Dec.7th online at Ocean Project for $26.20 USD ($34.50 CDN) Order #******, says it was shipped with **** tracking #F000009385290 through SHOP app to track; **** says it is not a legit tracking, there have been no updates.I have called many times on different days and times and it just hangs up on you. I have also emailed and got no replies. I just want my money back for an item never received and report them for what appears to be a fake company, also giving fake **** tracking numbers, no replies to customers.

      I bought 2 necklaces for my girs for Christmas a pink one and a blue one. The blue one was the only one recived. I have called and emailed and no response back and noone answered the phone or called back from the messages i have left. I finally had to order another just so i could get 2. I still havent recieved the second order and no response for getting half my first ored and paid in full for 2.

      I ordered (2) necklaces from them and paid by credit card on December 4, 2021....it is now December 23, 2021 and I have received nothing nor a response to my numerous tries to contact them. They sent me shipping information but supposedly the shipment has now been transferred and there are no updates online. I have called and no one will answer the phone, there is automated answering service. I have emailed them (3) times in this regard and they will not email me back. I spent $46.98. All I want is either my money back or my package delivered.

      I purchased a necklace which was said to have a QR code tracker for a sea turtle on it. It was supposed to ship a week ago and there was still no movement. I called and emailed but have received no response. I later came across an article showing them to be a scam.
