      I made several purchases through this company several weeks ago. They provided a guarantee that it would ship within 2 business days. None of the items I purchased that are all going to separate addresses have shipped. I reached out to the company: the phone lines say they do not answer calls. I emailed and did not hear back.I'm extra disappointed as these were all to be Christmas gifts and now it is too late to order something else on time, but I would like have full refunds as it appears that they will never ship out and now I am questioning the legitimacy of the company.

      Order product 11/25/2021. Received an email 12/5/2021 Hi *******,Now that youve received your order, how are you enjoying your new accessories? - Have not received product yet. I have sent messaged through their website twice asking about my order. On 12/5/2021 my order was trackable, it said not shipped yet. On 12/11/2021 it now say no order. They have turned off comments on their ******** and you can see many angry faces so I know I am not the only one being scammed out of $$. I would like product ASAP or refund if not going to be here by Christmas.

      I purchased two Turtle necklaces for my Granddaughters on 11/26/2021 for a total of $49.98. I got a confirmation email within 24 hours with tracking information. My order number is #******. After approximately 8 days, I recieved an email from the company asking how I liked my merchandise that I never received. I checked the tracking information and it showed there was no activety and that the merchandise hadn't even been sent to DHL for delivery after 8 days. I called DHL and they said they had a shipping label from 11/29/2021 and that once they have a shipping label from a merchant, they usually have the merchandise to ship within 2 days. But, after 8 days they still did not have the merchandise and said something is wrong and I should contact the company. DHL also said the company on the shipping lable was not Ocean Project but a company called **********************. So, it is either a bogus tracking number or a bogus company or both. Ocean Project and ********************** have no affiliation. So, the next day, 9 days after I purchased the necklaces on 11/7, I called Ocean Project and got a representative on the phone. She had no answers for me as to what was going on. I also emailed the company twice that day and they never responded to me. Then, I called again on 11/8 asking for the status and talked to a male by the name of *****. He said the merchandise had not gone out yet and they were behind on their orders and he emailed me the tracking information again, the same bogus number. So finally today, on 11/10, 14 days after I ordered the necklaces, I tried calling them again 8 times in one day and each time, the recording now says, due to Covid 19, representatives are not able to assist. DHL never received the merchandise to ship either. I got nothing but the run around and now, they won't respond at all. I would like a full refund of $49.98, the exact amount I paid for merchandise I never received. Thank you.

      In 11/19/21 purchased 4 necklaces from the ocean project (theoceanproject.co) and have not received anything to date. I have filed a complaint, called, and emailed with no response. **************** line states they are closed due to COVID19 and to email. I have emailed 3 times and they have not responded.

      I ordered a necklace from them. It stated 5-7 business days for shipping. I got an email confirmation on my order and then have received multiple emails like I have my necklace but I do not. The *** tracking number says it hasn't even arrived at their facility. I tried reaching out to their support on the phone and with emails but can not get through to anyone. I want my money back.

      I ordered 2 things. A shark bracelet. A turtle bracelet. I got the shark but not the turtle. No way to track the shark. I have tried to call and have emailed 4 times! No response! When calling they say they are shut down for Covid!

      I ordered 2 turtle necklaces on november 19th for my son and his girlfriend. i spent ******************************* stolen shipping. i have never received the product i ordered. I received and email saying it was in route but the tracking number does not track it. I have emailed multiple times and called but noone answers because of covid. i would like my money returned to my account

      My order was place on 11/7/21, today is 11/13/21 and tracking shows my item still enroute to distribution center. I contacted CS and an answering machine stated nobody is there due to cover. I emailed the company numerous times to get 2 replies stating my order is in transit but the shipping company has no record of it.
