      I made a purchase on 12/05/21 in the amount of $104.92. I received an update on 11/06/21 that it was sent to the distribution center and since then have not heard anything back. It is now 12/22/21. When looking up the tracking number it shows no location and I get no response from the distribution center when I inquire. I have reached out to Ocean Project due to them sending me an email stating I have received my order. I believe this business is a scam. They also suggest you to leave reviews with no way of actually leaving one on their site. Due these discrepancies I would like a refund.       I made a purchase on 12/9 for the turtle. Tracking necklace, I paid $21.00 and received a tracking number. When I tracked my package it gave me a delivery date of 12/18 that date come and went and still no package. I have sent emails and tried calling the business to no avail. I believe I have been scammed

      I placed an order of necklaces and bacelets for amount of ***** Usd plus **** USD to help the project save the turtles. Order Number ****** and **** tracking number: F000009355644 that has same status since November 24-2021. I did not receive my items and they don't answer my emails. I found out they are scammers advertising in ********* The page is oceanproject.co (co= Colombia) and they have stolen my money. It is a scam company. they stole copyright material from ***************.org. and are scamming people. I have already filed claim in my bank.

      Ordered a necklace and bracelet on December 02, 2021. Received an email the next day saying the items have shipped and was given a **** tracking number. A few days later checked the tracking to see where the goods were and the number cannot be found; later found out that the number provided is not a real **** tracking number. Have sent numerous emails to the company and all have gone unanswered, yet I receive multiple emails a day from the same email address encouraging me to buy more of their products. I have called daily, but after being put on hold, a recording comes on saying all employees are working from home and not taking calls, to email them instead as this is the fastest way to get a response. There are numerous complaints on their ******** page of people asking where their products are; commenting gets turned off after too many people say they are in the same situation.

      On 12/2/21 I purchased 2 necklaces as Christmas gifts for my kids. I received a confirmation that the purchase was completed #******. A few days went by I checked the shipping and it said it was sent to the distribution center. On 12/13/21 I received an email "from the founder" asking for a review of the item I purchased. I never got the item in the mail. I checked the shipping and there were no updates and was advised to contact the sender. I sent an email on 12/15 stating I never received my items. There has not been any response from the seller.

      I placed an order back at the beginning of December. The order has not shipped, the company has taken my money, doesn't answer their phones, and doesn't reply to emails. I tried to reach out to them via ******** and they blocked me.

      I purchased 4 items from Ocean Project on 11/22/2021 and it is 12/14/2021 and I still am receiving emails from them for coupons, but nothing that has told me anything about my delivery. These were Christmas presents that I was very excited about. Almost $100 out!

      Made a purchase on Dec. 3,2021. I realize its the Holidays. Have continuously tried to track to no avail. Then,yesterday received an email about how much I like my purchase. Still havent received it!! Have sent email after email to no avail. Tried calling the customer service number but get disconnected or rings on end. Would like either my merchandise,or a refund.
