In March 2022 , the Better Business Bureau (BBB) investigated SuperBrand Tools's business practices. This investigation was prompted by consumer inquiries received by the BBB. Consumers alleged through their reports to BBB that the business fails to fulfill orders after payment is made; fails to address delays and respond to consumer inquiries inquiring on the status.

On March 25, 2022, BBB sent the company a Business Practice Inquiry to address the following: what policies and procedures does the business have for fulfilling customer orders; does the business utilize a fulfillment center; what steps must consumers take for receiving refunds of orders not shipped and/or received; please provide BBB a list of current contact information (address, contact person, email address, phone number) or add this information to your website; please detail the process in place to ensure consumers are receiving feedback/responses in a reasonable amount of time; please provide the steps being taken to inform consumers of their order delivery status?

As of March 30, 2022, the business has not responded to BBB's inquiry.
