*************************** is an unprofessional, ignorant, coward. Possibly even a criminal scammer. This may reflect the entire company, I'm still waiting to fill out the police report and to hear from my online team to collect more details on how their organization operates. I asked her for a simple change of deed and she led me on for over 2 weeks, when I finally had to ask her for an update she said it was about to "print shortly". Several days later I asked her again and she said "they'll print shortly" when I asked how long shortly was going to be, she cancelled my contract and said it couldn't be done. Basically, she slept on my file for 2 weeks, got caught being a lazy idiot and cancelled me for no reason. So when I called to ask why, she refused to even answer the phone and her assistant had to relay the info. She would only communicate through email. After catching her in several more lies, she said she would refund my money. That's when the real fraud happened. I found out that their site was pinged because of fraudulent activity from the first payment, not just the refund. They have an outside payment portal (you have to pay right away of course) and they sell your info to 3rd parties. If ******* wasn't such an idiotic, unprofessional, coward, I may not have found out this info. Luckily, I invest in online protection for untrustful idiots like her and possibly her entire company) that sell customer personal info for her (their) benefit. Her and this company are pathetic and I'd stay away at all costs. Unless you enjoy being ignored while also having your identity get stolen. She couldn't even explain her reasoning behind my issue with my deed correctly when I corrected her ignorance. I wouldn't trust her to understand a parking ticket. She ignored me for 2 weeks, then cancelled my contract because she never bothered to look at it when I first paid, refused to give me a legit reason, and then lied several times.

The customer asked us to prepare a deed to transfer property to his name but he was not the owner of the property nor was he the authority for the entity that did own the property. When we let him know that he became upset and began posting slanderish and far fetched statements all across social media. We refunded his money to him the same day but he continues to slander our company. I don't give any credibility to this review as it is so far from the truth.

This goes to prove exactly how much of an unprofessional, ignorant, coward, and now even childish of a person ******* is. She's just lying and downplaying her actions now. My point is that I called on 3/24, paid her on 3/25. She told me she reviewed my documents and I should be good to go. I email her a status update on 3/27, 4/11, and 4/12 with absolutely no update or reply. Finally on 4/12 she got back to me saying I should be receiving the deed shortly. Then she said that she couldn't do anything for me. So after waiting over 2 weeks of her doing nothing telling me I was good to go while ignoring me for 2 whole weeks, she finally got around to actually looking into my file and realized she was wrong the whole time. When I called to see what the issue was, she refused to talk to me and hid behind her assistant without giving me any info. Until now, that she's airing all of it publicly. Now she's trying to blame me for her ignorance unprofessionalism. This is truly pathetic, especially because this happened over 7 months ago and she still cant figure everything out. Her actions deserve what she did. That's how life works.
