      I made a purchase 12/1 from their company. They took the money out of my account 12/3. I never received a receipt or an order number. I called them three times asking for a refund or for an order number. Finally, they sent an order number and stated they were shipping the item that day and would send me a tracking number. I never received a tracking number and now its 12/22 and I have no item and no tracking number. Their customer service number is now nonfunctional. It says to call back during business hours, but it is business hours. It has been like this for 3 days.

      Due to recent holiday delays, our customer service team has been backed up. Tracking information is also emailed to the customer as well. We hope that this is a resolution to the issue at hand.

      I placed an order on Dec. 9, 2021 and the the monies for this order was taken out of my bank acct. right away.i did receive a confirmation on the order, but that has been the only correspondence i have received. I also paid for expedited shipping. I have been trying to get a hold of them and there is no response for the phone!

      We have went ahead and refunded these charges although it's in route, since this is the customers request. The customer may keep the product for the inconvenience.

      Looking on line for a bark collar and came across the Barx Buddy advertisement. Said free shipping but there was a shipping charge of $7.95 at checkout. On the order page it stated 30 day return, less shipping. Was a bit confused so called customer service. customer service and told me free shipping was if I bought more than one. False advertising !!! Did not purchase

      We are not sure exactly how shipping would have been charged if ordered from this website. Our device is sold on different platforms such as amazon which may include shipping charges, so this may be where confusion came into play. But, as the link above will show, all items ordered directly from us are free shipping.
