      Shasta Pools stands by their family owned business with integrity and values. Our pool design was what we had envisioned and then some! The install was very organized and completed within the dates promised. We chose to go with the nano bubble filtration systemno chlorine, no salt and the nano bubble system is more than we had hoped for! The few issues after the pool was up and running have been backed by the Shasta warranty department insuring our system is running at optimum performance. We love, love, love our pool and will always recommend Shasta Pools!

      The interior finish in my pool is so beautiful! The installation was flawless. The crew was friendly and cleaned up after! I love the finished product and would recommend Shasta to anyone interested in buying or remodeling their pool!

      Dont do business with this company! Zero communication! Supposed to show up and dont then show up unannounced. Example showed up on a Sunday at 130 in the afternoon unannounced when was supposed to be there the day before to fill up our pool. No communication, turn our water on and leave. What if we were out of town for a week? Our yard would have been flooded. Luckily we have family to turn off the water. Five days without hot water in our house and they didnt care because they dont communicate. Why does it take negative reviews to get a reaction?

      Stay away. Do not do business with this company. If you have a warranty issue you are lucky if you get a call back, when you do the service scheduler is a rude as possible. They were ok when we had the pool built but post build. Absolute garbage. There are several good pool builders in the valley, take the time to explore your options. You will regret doing business with Shasta. Period.

      Possibly the best company ever. ***** ******** is fantastic. He actually cares about the whole process start to finish. I coulden't have done it with out him. Don't waste your time with other companies.

      I signed my contract back in February of 2024 with the promise that our pool would be built by July. Here we are more than halfway through September, still with no end in sight. I am furious, not necessarily about the timeframe, but about the quality of workmanship. At this point we have paid close to 85k, and just need to submit the final payment. I would not mind paying the final payment - had every stage of this process gone smooth so far. However, it has been exactly opposite. Every time something is "complete," the quality is horrible and requires some sort of repair. At this point, I do not feel comfortable paying the final 10%, because I ALREADY anticipate my project not being complete (in addition to needing some sort of repair based on the workmanship so far). So here I am, like a sitting duck - waiting for repairs to be done, who knows when, and a pergola to be installed - with the materials being ordered incorrect (twice already). But Shasta wants my final 10% in order to lay the pebble and complete the pool. I am writing this "review" in hopes someone else can step in because obviously the individuals I'm working with can't tell me when repairs will be done but have my project on hold until I submit my final payment. Which I have told them - either (1) lay the pebble and I give you the money, or (2) repair my current issues and I give you the money. I can't give you the full 90+K without my project - when it's not complete now, and will not be complete even if I give you the money. Of course I am mad.
