Scam going on at their properties.Due to being right by *** A lot of the tenants are college drunks that rent there.I had a problem with a friend who got in a disagreement with another resident who was talking s*** to others in the common area and selling drugs. I had the friend call the police and report what happen. I thought my friend was going to go to office and talk things out to clear the air. He said they wouldnt talk to him or come with a solution.After I noticed it wasnt getting taken care of I went to the office. They didnt want to let me inform them of my side of story and said I need to move due to my friend In an argument with another resident. Office was not giving me a chance to talk with them or come up with the solution. I didnt see anything or around as I was always ********* I was evicted due to someone being my friend. There was witness of the interaction. Office was planning to evict me without talking to me. Sent out fake forms that were not filled out correctly.I never seen ppl get evicted from a community so much as I did at studio 710. I saw most *** didnt remove there stuff when they moved. I never was late on payment. Now after leaving my apartment after staying over 3 years with no *********** I am trying to find a place and the office manager **** and the girl who was going to the strip club I believe her name was *******. Lied to the judge and told lies about the incident.The judge favored the property cuz they were listening to anyone and just authorizing the eviction even though I never did anything.I clean out my unit and made sure to do what I was to do to move out.They kept my deposit and charged me additional money for holes I was not able to fill from nails.The unit was just remodeled by a cheap *************** that didnt install the dishwasher and garbage disposal correctly and it would back up in the dishwasher and told me that was ********** I have an eviction for someone elses behavior.worse company!Chamberlin & Associates Real Estate Management

1 starUpon move out the management provided a checklist of what needed to be done and the only verbiage of professional cleaning was tied to the carpets. Then on move out the landlord proceeded to just combine all the charges on the checklist and say this is what you owe for the cleaning fee but on the bill it says "no invoice provided". When i called they just said they summed up all the charges. I have no proof they did it nor do i believe them. The apartment is infested with cockroaches and had several major plumbing issues in the bathroom resulting in the ceiling flooding and leaking sewage water everywhere as a result of a clog upstairs. They are arguing that its in my lease to have the WHOLE APARTMENT "professionally cleaned" so that means the move out list is just a load of BS. Doesnt matter management changed or that the checklist was signed. its qoute on quote in the lease... This is just scum of the earth tactics on people. The feedback from management was that the lease is what holds up in court so that tells me they know all the tactics and just want to bleed you dry. STAY AWAYReview fromMichael H

JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS, THIS IS TRUE!! NO AC, IT WAS 108 DEGREES INSIDE THE ****** BUGS, BUGS, BUGS!!!! THE HOT WATER DOESN'T WORK, NO WATER IN THE SHOWER!!!! YET THEY STILL DEMAND AND COLLECT FULL RENT!!! Terrible company, extremely incompetent. The office staff are either liars or know nothing about the contracts that they have with the tenants. The uphold the contract on a pick a choose basis with bias, specifically the part about marijuana use,"Resident acknowledges that he/she has read Managements Crime Free Policy and fully understands that any possession, use, cultivation, exchange, sale, manufacture or distribution of any federally controlled substance, including medical marijuana,is a violation of that policy and is grounds for immediate termination of Residents tenancy."The upstairs neighbor clearly uses marijuana, to the point that the smell gets down into my unit, and I can't get the smell to go away because even if I open the windows with 110 degree weather the smell come into the unit through the windows, but the office staff can't smell anything because quote "I know what marijuana smells like because my husband smokes it" so they are either extremely incompetent or biased toward non potheads. Also having to put up will cigarette smoke getting into the unit for the same reason, but "there is nothing they can do about cigarette smoke" getting into my unit and damaging my children's lungs. Also the upstairs neighbor is also having several women over almost every day making *** sounds on his dollar store bed several times a night in the middle of the night, so loud it wakes me and my wife and even my children up, we are sleep deprived because it sounds like construction at all hours of the night, and once again, the useless office staff can't do anything about the excessive noise. This place seems to be smoke, drugs and *** friendly so if you have a family DO NOT LIVE HERE. Extremely dissatisfied with the service for as much as I am paying. They are over charging me on my monthly rent I've been charged for services that i dont even use they charge me for valley trash and the man doesnt even pick up my trash everyday, also charged me for Pets Control and they dont even come when they say there gonna come they just past out the fyers just for nothing cause they never come, Honestly, I've been living in this apartment for almost 2 yrs and Pets Control barely came about 3 weeks ago.. for the 1st time.Review fromJennifer J

1 starMoved into Aqua apartments 2 months ago. Staff has been very rude and disrespectful when speaking to them. My family come to town because we are transitioning from another state. I was told everyone needed to complete an application if they are staying which I had no problem with doing. During this time my son which lives in Az would come and check on the property with his dog as we traveled back and forth out of state. I was given a 10 day notice because they stated I had 2 unauthorized black men living in my apartment which is a violation and they wanted info on the dog. The problem is someone coming to check on my apartment/ visiting and living there are not the same thing. My son doesn't even have any black friends so we were unsure of who the office was referring to. When asked she very rudely asked "Don't you know who is living in your apartment". I stated yes thats why I'm questioning your concern. Long story short I completed the app with my family info. They tell me that not who is staying there the manager sends me a text with this info and say she would contact me the next morning. Since It was almost noon I contacted the office to get the bottom of the situation. I was told the manager was not in today. I would have to wait until tomorrow to speak with her. ********************* up the phone in my face. When I called back and asked why she hung up she said she had provided me all the info she had. She then said I could email ******* and I let her know i didn't have her email info. She said she would send me a link with her info. I have still not received the info. Horrible customer service. 1 starI currently live on one of their properties with yet in 6 months they are now on their 3rd set of office employees, constantly remodeling and then charging ASTRONOMICAL PRICES for a 1 bd 1 bth I am paying **** a month the neighbors have zero consideration for other neighbors blaring music until 730 am from the night before have made several request to be moved away from neighbor because I work from home and I have school aged children THEY DONT CARE my child was called a derogatory word and yet Nothing WAS DONE! They have crews here at 530 am hammering away when per Pima County they aren't allowed to start until 7 am! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. We had a bad storm where trees fell through the apartments and power was out for a few day's AGAIN THEY DID NOT CARE didn't even take out hotel stays off of the rent they said it was not their concern THE F**K I can't even begin to tell you how many times we don't have water because someone is always busting the water main THEY ARE CROOKS found out the owner of the property has so many lawsuits against him in NY he had to come out to ** to buy properties. 1 starThey are the Biggest liars.. ************************* from Aspire will lie just to get an eviction knowing she gets the information and keys when someone moves out.. will try to extort you with paying money before you can even receive any type of service.. I have videos of every interaction and will lie plain in your face. On top of that she is very racist and dont like black people at all.. discrimination and bigotry and bias, is her favorite thing to go to. They need to get the *** involved and check they books.. even the lawyers are crooks, and will lie too.. ***** RENT IF YOU ARE A POC
