  I was delighted with the new flooring I purchased from Arizona Discount Flooring. I had a "flooring emergency" and was scrambling to find a place that had nice flooring at a reasonable price. I did an internet search, and the word "discount" naturally caught my eye. The place wasn't far away, so I drove there. An employee quickly helped me find a good luxury vinyl *****, ***** set me up to have the floor measured, and about a week later I had my new floor. The installers worked hard for hours, did a perfect job, and cleaned up well afterward. Really, a great job by all! I'd recommend them to anyone in need of flooring.

  **THEY HAVE CHANGED THE NAME OF THIS PLACE MULTIPLE TIMES. When I purchased it was AZ discount flooring, now its Arizona Discount flooring. Which I believe is their 4th name change.,.. I wonder why***2.5 years ago we ************ re-carpeted. Purchased a fairly expensive Mohawk brand carpet from AZ discount flooring and also paid them to install for us. I made a post 2.5 years ago when it first happened because they did a terrible job at installing, and then tried to charge us for extra carpet when we had already purchased 500sqft more than what we actually needed.On top of that, ***** (the owner) knew she did us wrong, and instead of waiting to cash a post dated check, she tried to cash it right when I posted the review because she was sure that I was gonna cancel it.(which I did) The carpet is rising it looks terrible, I wish I could post pictures on here but they have been posted on her ****** page and the yelp page if anyone wants to see what my carpet looks like after 2 years of barely any use. We have 3 adults that live in the house who are only home part time, no way this shouldve happened THANKS @AZ DISCOUNT FLOORING! For your great work and honesty ??????

  We just completed our first home remodel and unlike most people that dive into a such a large project, I was clueless about I wanted. My contractor kept me asking me questions, like, "what kind of hardware are you putting on the cabinets?" and "do you want a farm sink?" and "do you want your microwave in a drawer?"I could only reply to each question with a blank stare. You could put a microwave in a drawer?So when he asked me what kind of floor I wanted, of course I did not know. He told me to go to AZ Discount Flooring and find something. I obeyed his orders and was relieved when I walked in and saw ONLY floors. Since I wasn't distracted by shiny backsplash or cabinet pulls shaped like tiny frogs, I was able to focus on the task at hand.The owner, *****, appeared unbothered as I started pulling options and placing them side-by-side on the floor. In hindsight, I was probably an annoying and unsightly customer. Overwhelmed by my options, a panic rushed over me so I paced around the store.Flustered, I walked into *****'s office for help and with her kind assistance, I was able to start getting a vision of my future floor. Of course, Rome was not built in a day and I had to return for a second round, again pulling multiple options and placing them on the floor. I walked on them. I sat on them. I stared at them, second guessing myself every time I liked something. Once again, ***** came out to help. She was patient, kind, and with her validation, I was able to make a decision.I can't speak for their installation, I can only speak for their products, customer service, and price point. However, I would give all three categories an A+. ***** even gave us her cell phone number so that we could reach out with questions (and we did). I hope not to have replace my flooring any time soon but if I do, I am returning to *****'s ****** patience, and incredibly well-priced floors.(I ended up getting Regal Heights LVP, color Oyster. I love it).

  We had AZ discount flooring install floors last year. The floors had some issues with lifting. The manufacturer came out and agreed it was a product issue. ***** organized her floor guys to come out and replace the floor. They did a great job and the floors look better than ever. We are grateful they did what it took to get the floor fixed. The crew was very professional and kept our home clean. Thanks for doing a great job!

  They did a fairly poor job installing our flooring. Made a complete mess of the house and ruined our plumbing in our downstairs powder room ($1000 to fix). We were willing to overlook all of that but over 50% of our flooring is starting to lift. We have reached out to the owner DOZENS of times (text, call, email) with no response. Finally after almost a year a mutual friend had to convince her to send the installing contractor out to take a look. He tried to blame the manufacturer and said it was a product defect and all the flooring would need to be replaced. Let us know they would send someone from that flooring company to come take a look and now they have gone silent again. Almost 10 grand down the toilet due to spotty work and bad product. Stay away from them.
