Diversified installed our ************************* home roof when it was built in 2017. From the beginning, there were leaks in the ceiling of the front foyer. A Diversified roofer found errors and defects in their installation which Diversified denied.Diversified eventually fixed the cause June 2022 and in October after the fix, water poured through the front foyer ceiling, flooding the chandelier.Then in January ***************************************************************************** significant drywall and interior damage.Diversified could not identify the cause of the new leak and blamed it on Tesla installation of solar panels on the south side. ***** removed the panels and found that these were not the cause of the leak, the footings were secure. ***** found that Diversified incorrectly installed our roof, the flashing was placed improperly, drainage was inadequate causing rotting of the roof felt and leaks. Diversified disagreed and stated the roof was beyond warranty. In ******* there is an Implied Warranty that the workmanship is good and should last. The ** Statute of Repose says you have 8 years to file a claim for poor work. Diversified states their work was done according to code .if that is so, why does my roof leak?We sent a Demand Letter from our lawyer to Diversified seeking remediation but this was ignored.Fearing more leaks before monsoon season, we had the roof inspected by 3 other roofers who found multiple defects from the original Diversified installation causing premature rot and deterioration of the roof felt, poor flashing/water diversion, rusting of nails in battens, defects of barrier causing leaks.We hired one of the 3 roofers who remove all the south tiles and found multiple areas of water intrusion. The roof was completely repaired with a 15 y warranty.I warn anyone to avoid Diversified Roofing because of their poor workmanship and they do not stand behind their work.

Diversified Roofing has a two year workmanship warranty that is enforceable by the ROC. However, if someone else is up on your roof installing solar systems or alike it can affect the warranty. We see many issues on roofs from solar companies doing damage and then
placing the blame on **. I am sorry you have had a bad experience but your decision to install solar on your roof and others worked on and around your roof does indeed bare the results of voiding your roof warranty with **. We don't feel you are justified in a bad review for
a decision you made that has affected your warranty with **. We actually do stand behind our work and warranties as we do between **** to **** roofs per year and we stand behind everyone of them.

Clearly Diversified Roofing did not read my review. The front foyer where there there were recurrent major leaks, there is NO Tesla installation. Therefore Diversifieds claim is invalid since ***** was not on that part of roof. Our new roofer found major problems with Diversifieds original installation which caused the leaks.It is convenient for Diversified to fall back on we do thousands of roofs and the warranty is only two years - that doesnt take away the fact that they did a poor job in my roof installation which led to major leaks.This exemplifies poor workmanship, poor installation, inadequate drainage.
