5 starsWhile shopping around for a backup battery solution I found two employees at OnPoint Solar I want to say were exceptional both in answering my questions and giving advice. Both *************************** and ******************************* listened and gave advice that ultimately I signed a contract to add a Tesla Power Wall 3. I was impressed that ******, whom is the director of operations the next day visited with me while he was in the field at another job site and we discussed the how, what, and where and I commend him on his knowledge and resolve and impressed me on the fact that they both are serious on customer satisfaction. I am excited now to move on to a back up battery solution which adds also an emergency back power solution to my home. This Tesla Power Wall 3 is an industry game changer and allows me to remove my existing Solar Edge Equipment and optimizers with simple string cut out on my panels and just minimal equipment being added. Plus the power credits of 30% return from federal and state almost covers the total cost of this Tesla Power Wall since I forgot to do so last year when I added the panels. I am going to recommend OnPoint Solar to everyone. When I moved into my new home my power bills were $200 + each month. Now I am receiving credits and no bill and will not be paying for power used at night now when the sun goes down. A bonus is emergency power now since before if we had a power outage the panels would shut down. This system also works with the national weather service and if there is a storm coming charges your battery to maximum and is capable of covering all my needs. So when the sun comes up you receive power during the outage and charge up the battery too. You can add up to 4 batteries for your heavier needs. As I said this battery power wall is a game changer. Im riding in regards to the solar system that has been placed on my roof at my home. I no longer want to deal with the service that you provide because your representatives fill me up with a bunch of lies. I never received the benefits that they told me that I would receive I no longer want to deal with the alarm system that they so gladly provided for me and never finished the job, so subsequently all in all I want to back out of the deal completely with you and the alarm system thank you

BUYER BEWARE! Can't believe I am stuck with this company!Onpoint Solar Power used an unlicensed (Not registered with the R.O.C) shady solar representatives **************** CEO ***************************) that made claims in writing and never provided the battery system that was suppose to come with my $50,000 system.Onpoint Solar says they cannot be held responsible for what THEIR solar representatives (who come to your door) claim - written or spoken.Sounds like a beautiful business plan.Because I didn't get the battery system that was to be included in my 1.98 interest rate. I now have to apply for a separate loan, currently - 10 year 7.99% interest rate = an extra $180.00 to be added to my existing $221.89 25 year loan payment.($401.89) There goes any savings to my electric bill.Now that the system (25 panel 9.9kw) is up and running, it caps itself at 7.6kw (77% efficiency). Who would ever spend $50k for a 77% of a system? 3/30/23 -Onpoint customer service just told me it's running as it should and there is nothing wrong from what they see on their end. If I want a technician to make sure, I will be charged $150 if they find no issues. Nice!Be sure to run the numbers of what your system should be producing! I, unfortunately, was lied to by their representative and stuck with this company. I reached out to the owner and CEO with no response. (Will update if anything changes.)If you find yourself in a situation and need help, reach out to the following, I did.SRP or APS (to file a formal complaint)******* Attorney General BBB *******.gov **** is just one more story to add to all the other people who have been had and lied to. We need tighter regulations in this industry.Update 12/12/23 After contacting the ************** OnPoint Solar finally did the right thing by installing the correct Solar Charge Controller (10kw), but still refused to provide the battery system. The battery was not included in the loan or contract and was a promise made by a third-party dealer outside of our agreement. Your system was sized correctly according to SolarEdge standards, and a larger inverter would have required additional electrical work, reducing savings. Clipping occurs only a few months a year. I cant be any more certain about the company that i went with. On point was very diligent and more than happy to answer all of my questions. They explained to me that they were only locking in around 60% of my power which would give me access to the post solar plans which were much cheaper.On Point Solar Power LLC
