      Can't Box, Won't Box, Maybe we'll get to it box.Had to subscriptions, boxes always late or never show up at all. **************** is horrible almost non-existent. Cancel both subscriptions over missing and broken items. Never received refunds after Canceling. Stay Away from this subscription service.

Haven't heard anything for over a week.Hi ******!!Im sorry to hear about your experience :( we always try to leave customers with the best experience they can have with us. The past month was delayed because we had issues with manufacturing and moving warehouses, so shipments took a bit longer unfortunately.If youd like to send me the order # I would love to give you a refund and send over a few pieces as an apology :)Also we do not have family or friends that leave reviews on our website, were a small team and I dont even think that would be possible lol. People just have varying experiences every month because its all subjective! And were moving manufacturers because of current issues, so we hope to revert back to our glass quality as we transition. It can be an experience working with different blowers with different technology.Also we cant pay for much in terms of popping up on the search engine because ****** wont let us as a cannabis-adjacent company this is something many companies in our industry deal with. But we do invest in SEO as most other businesses because of course we want new customers who find something they can enjoy :) Please let me know if you have any questions and I would be happy to help!! ??Best,Rai

      I placed and order for the monthly subscription box. Funds were taken out of my account for 3 consecutive months. Got the first box 2 months after i placed my order. When i inquired about the next boxes 3 months later they told me that the card was declined. After investigating it, it showed all boxes we're paid for. I finally received all the boxes but it took about 6 months. I had just given up on ever receiving them. The second box took about 3 months to receive after payment was taken and the same issue with the last box. NEVER again will I be ordering from Cannabox again. It just ***** because my husband loves this box..I wish they were better with shipping.. don't understand how they stay in business.

      I ordered from Cannabox for the first time. This is my first experience ordering from any kind of Cannabis Box subscription product, so I was really excited before I received it to say the least. Then it came. The bong that they sent me looks like something that was bought from the Dollar Tree. There was a couple packs of papers and the tips for the papers, (way too many) and a pack of matches that when you lite them turn into an incense. These boxes are not cheap. So I contacted customer service to let them know how I felt, and she said "sorry there's nothing we can do for you"!. So being the first time customer having a customer complaint and there's nothing that they can do about it at all? I even offered to send the whole box back and they said no. They didn't offer me an apology, they didn't offer me a refund, not even a discount on my next box. Such horrible customer service and she was just rude! What a disappointment for my very first time trying to do something that should have been such a fun experience. So I suggest this 4/20 you all try to find a different company to purchase a Cannabis Box Subscription from. Trust me on this. I am a seasoned smoker and tryin lookin out for y'all cuz it's too late for me this 4/20, I waisted my $ on them ??.

      Horrible business. I ordered a 6 month subscription and never received anything. After the first missed box I emailed and was promised a replacement that I never received. I then ended up past the shipping date for my second of the 6 month subscription and again received nothing. After reaching out Cannabox states that due to the package showing delivered on their end even though I never received anything they can't do anything. I asked for a complete refund and was told they can refund me for the remaining boxes. Not sure how this makes any sense seeing as how they can't guarantee shipping or deliveries to make it where they should. Definitely an unhappy and dissatisfied customer.

      Worst company and customer service ever!!! I ordered this product in the beginning of December as a Christmas gift being promised it would be here by Christmas. My order was then canceled at the money was taken out of my account and then re-processed. I was promised them the products by January 3 did not receive them until January 7 but only received one out of two packages. Now the company is telling me they cannot ship me the rest when I have paid for three months worth have not gotten my money back. Cannot speak to anyone from there. Do not recommend this company for anything. Worst customer service experience ever.

      Horrible service! I ordered a November box the Thibaut up on came broken so I sent a picture for a replacement cat box they tell me to go through route Im sorry but I know thats their shipping place that they used to ship their orders but its not who I ordered my ******* bong through I ordered it through candy box they should be responsible to get that shipment back sent out to me ******** not two weeks not two months ASAP poor business canceling my subscription horrible service dont waste your time

      Placed an order for a few simple butane refill tanks. It never shipped. I check my email- nothing. I check online and its listed as refunded. No notice was sent. I email them and am told my address didnt match my debit card and I need to reorder. So I do. The exact same thing happens and no notice is sent. Again Im told my address doesnt match. I call my bank- they confirm my address matches. I order a third time and my order goes on hold. I have to legit harass them to get an answer. Where Im told I need to wait for a manager. Several days pass and I have harass them AGAIN. One email reply says my address doesnt match again, another person replies telling me I ordered while they are were moving warehouses and they couldnt take orders so all orders placed them were automatically cancelled. I ordered from someone else and got the items in two days. Dont waste your time with Cannabox. This is an absolute mess of a company. F-

      Ordered May 20th, to get the shroom box. Still waiting for it, and its now the 25th of July they said they were experiencing delays and I could get a refund but I want the shroom box lol. So I guess I just have to wait. Just dont know how it can be over a 2 month delay I have many different subscriptions and this is the only one thats ever taken this long.

      Last update received for this box was 6/30. The only reason I dont keep bugging is because they said the same thing when I asked the first time 6/22.
