      products came broken and they don't want to replace it.. I don't recommend this company to anyone they don't care if their stuff's broken they just want money. I would like my money back

      I BUY A SUBSCRIPTION IN MARCH BY GROPON , CONTACT PEOPLE FROM GRUPON AND THEY DONT CARE AND NEVER RRESPOND , ALSO I SEND MULTIPLES EMAILS TO CANNABOX AND NO RESPONSE , I FEEL SCAMED AND VERY DISAPOINTED , I SEND ALL MY EVIDENCY #ORDER, REDDEM PRODUCT ECT AND THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER ME YET . i WANT MY MONEY BACK !

      I kno they are having shipping problems and thats why I havent received any boxes but their customer service is awesome they do offer you a refund but I declined cuz I really love the glass and T shirts If you reach out to them they reply very fast just wish the shipping was as fast Would have gave them 5 stars for customers serve but had to give 2 for shipping

      They told me it was a **** delay. Totally untrue! Told me package was on the way, untrue again. Do you really think you business model is going to last. Get money, be deceitful about shipping, everyone is happy. I think not.

      Well, another misleading statement. You did not cancel my subscription, I Did! Well over 10 days ago when I had trouble corroborating your response of a **** delay. And as of today, I in fact have not received a refund. And I would also add, I was told in an email from you that my "paid for" item was in transit. So exactly how were you able to cancel THAT, and give me a refund. Either it has never been shipped or you're offering me a freebie for my trouble. I think I know the answer.In summation, once I have received my refund our business is complete, until then I can only judge this company by the track record that has been clearly established with me, the consumer, and will complain accordingly. Look forward to hearing the reply.

      Would NOT recommend! I was so excited to give this a try. **************** is a TOTAL JOKE! They rarely reply. My first box was fine Im waiting for my 2nd box that was suppose to ship almost a month ago. I will not be a returning customer!!!! This is such a disappointment because their boxed items are so cute. But Ill try another company next.

      Buyer beware. First box i ordered had a broken piece and they replaced it pretty quickly Now its May 22 and IM STILL WAITING FOR APRILS BOX.Customer service is a joke

      Hi *****************, I have reviewed the support ticket you have submitted. You purchased your cannabox subscription with Groupon. We show you have never redeemed your deal. We can not refund you because you have never submitted a payment to us. You have payed Groupon. You are more then welcome to contact Groupon for a refund, but again we can not refund a payment we have not received. Furthermore we have been in business for 10 years and you calling us a "scam company" is defamation and a pure lie. We tried to help you in your support ticket and you have not responded to us asking for further info.

      Last months box was absolutely amazing. But now I have been trying for 3 days now to get **** box ordered n my payment keeps being refunded.
